The guy working there greeted me hung out for a minute and answered some questions and we sat and cut up about todays NBA FA deadline which was hitting shortly after my visit. Perfect customer interaction without over doing it.

Im black but all of the black workers just stand there talking and do not ask you do you need any help they act like they dont feel like getting the jerseys down and when they do they walk off before u can even ask for another size or team this happend twice when the black workers are in there they just watch u walk around looking up at the jerseys
