My family has used Breedlove Dobbs for years. When I bought my first home I took my parents advice and hired Breedlove Dobbs to install our new HVAC system in 2018. We were thrilled with the service they provided, and the technicians were professional and did a great job. The owner Jeff, was the person to come and show us our options and he was patient with my questions and did a great job.Since then we have had them out at least once a year for general upkeep and check-up. We have had different technicians and have been happy with everyone to come to our home. Our most recent experience had a couple issues with the scheduling, but the other owner Tom took care of the problem personally. As always the technician, was on time and professional.We are happy that they were able to work with us through those couple of scheduling issues, and plan to continue using Breedlove Dobbs moving forward.

We had contacted Breedlove Dobbs for a quote in regard to a home we were planning to purchase. We felt their pricing was fair, and hired them to install our new unit about two weeks after our closing date.However, on closing day, the furnace completely quit working. The owner personally came out and brought window units to us the next day because it was so unseasonably warm. They were able to get a new unit installed within a few days. They truly attempted to go above and beyond when we were in need.We have since purchased the bi-yearly maintenance program, and they are always very informative and helpful and provide great information. We have been very pleased with their service.

I appreciate that we are usually assigned the same technician. Monte knows our system and is great about giving us a heads up when more than the standard maintenance may be required in the future. The scheduling desk is great about making timely appointments and calling in advance if our appointment needs to be rescheduled (life happens-technicians get sick too).

Ive done business with Breedlove Dobbs for several years. After going through the different chain companies and other local HVAC companies. Recently, my 12 year old heat pump decided to kick the bucket. Of course it was during the first round of 90 degree days. I called Breedlove Dobbs and was able to get a technician to come out within 2 days. He gave me the unfortunate news. The salesperson came the next day. Jeff was fantastic! He gave me 3 options. Explained the differences (Pros and Cons) and let me make the decision without any influence or pressure. Duane, the installer, was very professional, courteous, and handled the install quickly and cleanly. He then explained the new system to me and answered my questions. The whole team was awesome!

Had my Carrier heat pump system work on December 7 2018 and failed again on Jan 14 2019. It will cost me $1800 to replace the circuit board and the heat package with only 30 day warranty. The service man told me it is better to replace the air handler system because come with 5 year warrant. To repair is like to dig hole and put you money in there because only have 30 day warranty. What kind of service is that. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, its pity I am going to drop them.DONT TRUST THEM. USE PEPPER OR CHAPMAN

Called them to request a follow up on a previous work that they had done and they were there very quickly. I like them! Honest people.

Encapsulation of crawlspace and install of appropriate dehumidifier accomplished quickly and thoroughly and at a fair price. Further, diagnosed problem with the humidifier on our furnace installed by another company, rectified the problem, andthen installed the correct control for our new furnace, since the other company mistakenly sold us one that did not work optimally with it. Fair prices on this work as well. Appreciate the clear explanations and options given by the owner, Jeff Rich, the reasonable prices of their work and the outstanding and thorough install provided by Duane. Could not be more pleased and recommend this company highly.

We have been with Tom and Rich for almost 20 years; they have always been very professional and willing to solve problems. Our GEO at times can be challenging, but they have hired competent technicians. Marcus was very polite last week.Monte is first class; very professional, knowledgeable about GEO and an all around nice guy. Five stars for him and BD.

My experience was very pleasant. Matt, who discussed the different options for a new AC/Furn was super nice, not pushy at all. Though Breedloves prices were just a tad bit higher than the competition, I liked how Matt presented himself, and the knowledge of the systems. Since Breedlove Dobbs have been servicing my AC/Furn for many years I decided to stick with them. Matt also explained the difference between the 95% efficiency versus the 98% efficiency. I went with the 98% and glad I did. Duane who installed our system was fantastic and really knew his stuff. I couldnt believe how fast he could install a furnace. I would definitely call Breedlove/Dobbs again for any thing related to my AC Unit and Furnace. Great job guys!

Breedlove Dobbs does a good job when they come out to the house. They installed my furnace and AC about 9 years ago and they have done all the service/maintenance since -- mostly because I bought the 10 year warranty. Usually either Marcus or Monte (he was one of the guys who installed the furnace) come out, and it is good because they are familiar faces and they remember what they did the last time they were here.Im not over the moon for Bryant equipment. When I needed to replace the draft inducer after just 6 seasons, Monte drove to 3 different supply houses on a Saturday morning in an ice storm looking for the part. That is awesome for warranty service. Unfortunately, the inducer is making a lot of noise and is pulling 3.6A on a motor with a 2.4 FLA rating, so it is not long for the world after just 25 months. Unfortunately, the warranty only applies when it stops dead -- hopefully it wont be too cold that day.

When purchasing our new home the inspector found out the the current hvac unit was undersized. A local well known contractor had just put in this system a year earlier (the original until only lasted 4 years because it was also undersized and overworked)! He worked with our inspector and realtor to help us get some extra funds from the seller so we could replace the unit with a properly sized one when we moved in. Installation was great and they also provided all the forms needed for the rebates we qualified for.Id highly recommend Breedlove Dobbs to anyone else need an honest assessment of whats going on. They dont just want to sell hvac units but actually serve their customers!

We have used Breedlove-Dobbs Heating & AC twice this year. First our heating unit needed replacing in February, then our AC died in June. Both times they were punctual, courteous, and installed great quality products. They were also able to assist with financing. (I rated them a 5, but it should be a 4.5, because they didnt clean the area of installation debris around the new heating, and installed a heater that - unbeknownst to us - only uses an expensive specialty filter. We should have been told this upfront.)Otherwise - excellent work and excellent customer service!

I have a home with a geo thermal unit that needed to be replaced. I did a lot of research and in the end selected Breedlove Dobbs for multiple reasons. The quality of my Bryant system is without question, but with geo thermal units you need a quality installation or the best system will fail before its time. BD has been wonderful to work with. The installation went well and the system is running excellently. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Breedlove Dobbs for anyone looking for a quality HVAC contractor.
