Great service! All the traditional Dairy Queen treats but no inside dining, all outside. And on the corner, its just so nice

My medium blizzard was only mixed half way down. The rest was plain vanilla. Sooo disappointing. I dont mind a long wait. Or waiting in the rain because there is really no place to shelter while you wait. Or surly employees (none of which happened on this visit, but have in the past). But not mixing the blizzard ingredients all the way to the bottom is a fundamental error.

Always friendly frequently go there but cant make ice cream cones most times but a few there make a perfect one and here lately few times your butterscotch touched like cart board.. hope you get it fix cause its the reason I go here

One of my favorite places to visit. No complaints. Very polite and friendly staff, fast service unless busy but then not too bad.

Local options like Nicey Treat and Square Scoop are nearby and infinitely better.

If they dont have a certain shake, freezes...they will try and accommodate to your taste. Just ask.😀

I ordered a Blizzard specifically letting the employee know that I have a nut allergy.Low and behold, they didnt clean the machine or they used a dirty scooper because a butterfinger ended up in my Blizzard, and I spent 4 hours in the emergency room.

Staff was super nice

Waiting in line with 4 kids for 15 minutes while the workers behind the counter were screwing around. At 9:03 the “manager” came up to the kids and said, sorry we’re closed. He was a complete jerk. Nice way to treat kids. Maybe you should choose another career other than ice cream sales.

I paid $3.60 for this? Once upon a time I actually got peanut butter on my sundae! At least it was cold on a hot day and they did manage a pint size glass of ice water on the house.

Tonight, we took our family to the Fountain Square Dairy Queen, this is almost a daily occurrence during the summer. We arrived at the drive thru at 8:50 pm and as usual we saw a long line at the window and in drive thru. As we waited, we noticed others walking up to your shop, all the lights where on and people were placing orders. At 9:13 p when we got to the speaker box to place our ordered, we were rudely told that “We are Closed”. I asked why we were made to wait in line for 20 mins instead of just being told that you were closed, your employee responded, “because I am busy making ordered” Frustrated I asked why the car in front of ours order was taken after the 9pm? The response was “I don’t know, I was making orders” then he went on to say, that he didn’t even know I was there until he saw my car when he came out to give another customer something. That was before the car in front of me had their ordered taken. I suggested maybe turning the lights off on the board might be a good idea.At this point your employee dropped the F bomb three times twice directed at me personally. He also told me to get the h&ll out of here and he didn’t give S*it. As he was yelling at me another employee of yours walked up to the back door, she heard him through the speakers made eye contact with us and then entered your shop.After we spent the next 20 mins explaining to our family that the words they heard and the way we were treated is not how anyone should be spoken to or treated. We have decided to take your employees advice when he told me to “get the H^ll out of here” we will be doing that and taking our business to the other ice cream shop in Fountain Square. WARNING to other parents or anyone that likes to be given common respect, I suggest staying away from the Fountain Square Dairy Queen.

This is a good location but please guys put napkins in the bag when you serve somebody hot dog would catch up on it I paid 10 bucks it was 7:40 but I chipped out the 260 and I didnt even get a napkin😥

Well waited 20 minutes for our order and then another 15 for a remake on a drumstick blizzard that they made a mint out of the first time. Employees walking in circle and asking about their phone l, having their AirPods in and everyone acting like they don’t know what they are doing

I was treated nicely and I could tell they cared about others. And the food was just what I expected.

Service needs work and the goof balls gave me to much change back the bill came to $10.01 & I gave him a 20 and he gave me $10 and 99 cents back so I almost had to argue about it with them to take the 99 cents back they thought I was wrong and trying to get more money back 😂

Always fun to take my family here. Though they could use a few more workers, they usually have friendly folks running the store.

Last I was there, this place is currently closed due to covid-19. However, they had lots of seating, a some but tasty menu, and many great desert choices. Their beverage choices are unique. I always enjoyed eating some swedish meatballs.

Been awhile price caught me off guard a bit few cent over $4 small shake

This is listed as being open until 10pm. We got up to the window at 9:20 after waiting 30 minutes and sat there for 10 more as workers walked past ignoring us. Then someone opened the window and said they closed at 9 and made a last call. The 5 cars ahead of us all got their orders and there was a line about 6 cars deep behind us. Either the workers didnt want to work or these hours are wrong.

Love our neighborhood Dairy Queen. Same as when I was a kid and parents would take me there for a shake. Lol. Great shakes and sandwiches, at a reasonable price.

One of my favorite DQs in Indianapolis. Outdoor seating makes it a plus.

The fun thing is, its one of the old walk up DQs . It remains me of my childhood. My mom used to walk us to the DQ to buy a ice cream cone dipped in chocolate, it was a big treat back then!!! I like this one and the walk up DQ at Christian Park it has had the same owers for over 50 years. Eat up have fun enjoy!!!

They had great service, bit the drive thru is horrible obviously its too short for the amount of people that come to the establishment. Today I had to wait in the street in the drive thru. Cars block traffic waiting for ice cream but besides that it was a awesome visit.

No fresh fruit in strawberry-banana blizzard. Put 2-3 pieces of strawberries and banana on very top. 30-40 cents higher than other locations using real fruit instead of the syrup used here. Friendly service but not the type of quality I have come to expect from DQ.

This dairy queen has a sign up saying they round all orders up to the nearest dime. My blizzard was 4.29 and rounded up to $4.31. Their math sucks, but the rip-off factor is high. Plus they were slow to boot.

Been going here since i was 10 years Old. Im 45 now.. Love this old place. Ice cream is Great. The staff.. Well that comes and gos. But its still a cool place.

I always love when they open for the season. Staff is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They dont have the full food menu there but a few hot items. Plenty of treats though. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the weather.

This is just a walk up DQ. With a drive thru. Theyre always super friendly and polite. They always get my order right and its always fast.

The pretty lady who served us was so nice and pleasant. Myblue raspberry float was 😋 delicious. Its a walk up window so we enjoied ouutside on a clean table under an umbrella.

Love Hipster Queen!!!! Theyre consistently the best service Ive had at a Dairy Queen. Plus, they had a sign up saying that they got an award for their cleanliness audit, so thats cool knowing its clean store

This place is great. The only downside is the location at times its difficult to get in and out of sometimes beyter to park off site and walk to otherwise great place.

Its hard to justify spending 5.50 on one dilly bar and one small cone. With Nicey Treat on Virginia you should just get some popsicles.

The blizzards we got were NOT made right m&m had a total of 3 m&m in the whole thing paid .99 to add hot fudge on top shock amounted to 1/4 teaspoon of hot fudge also Reeses outrageous and only had Reeses cups in it and NO Reeses. Pieces it very little hot fudge 1/4teaspoon ALSO for the cost of these they should be made right havent ate cookie dough yet hope Im NOT DISSAPPOINTED with it spent 20.00 and could of went to store and made MYSELF FOR CHEAPER VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED
