Our company contracted AIC to build a panel and program a PLC. The panel build was fine, but they sub-contracted the programming and when the program didnt work, they wouldnt stand behind it, even though we already paid in full. Our company had to hire another programmer to start from scratch so we wouldnt lose OUR customer. They even stopped taking our calls for help. BEWARE!I did not confuse you with another company. I worked for ERTL then and was stuck at the customers site trying to explain why AIC provided a program that didnt work and then wouldnt help fix it. The sub you hired modified a program taken from another customer of his and modified it. It never worked.
