Excellent service, very friendly!

Its hit or miss with how they will treat you. I have been in with helpful and friendly staff. And I have been verbally attacked for lack of a better word walking in. So far its been bearable as it seems like the good experiences are outweighing the horrible won so far. But what I can tell you is now they are not my welding go-to supply store unless its a must-have and theyre the only ones. One counter guy in particular really needs to watch how he talks and treats people. And he actually needs to be helpful as someone is trying to find things. You literally have to beg to get some help from that guy.

Never know what experience you will get. About 50% of the time they dont have co2 tanks available which is odd since thats what they do. Their hours are very restrictive, closing at 5pm and the weekends. Customer service is not great either. Sometimes its straight forward and I get what I need but I never know if Im wasting a trip or not.
