Going on 4 months waiting for the correct size uniforms. Driver took down my sizes and a month later delivered the wrong size shirts. Pants were too long but that wasnt a fault of his. Finally received correct shirt sizes after 3 weeks, driver returns July 14 with the new pants but the problem was they were the original pants that were sent back for a different size. Keep being told the same excuse of well it should be next week, meanwhile I continue to ruin my personal clothes. If this is how they handle their customers its a shame.

We have been with UniFirst since 2011. Generally, we have experienced good service over these years. We recently chose to renew our contract. When there is an issue, they try to make it right. Phil is our delivery rep, and he is a hard worker - a great reflection on the business. They also provide quality garments for our employees. We have a wide enough variety to choose from to cover the needs of our employees (drivers, production work, and welding).

Ryan Allen is a great delivery guy. Always comes in with a smile and a positive attitude. Seems to take our issues into great concerns and show to strive for a correction if we have problems. Out of all our delivery guys we have had Ryan Allen in the best we have had.
