Been coming to Tiffanys and having big loads delivered for 20 years. Why? Prices are solid, but the crew here is always fantastic to work with. Helpful, cheerful even in the heat, hard working. Today in fact, by the time I came back outside after paying for stone, Matthew and Marshawn already had the stones loaded in my trailer. Not just once, but on two trips! (along with another young man whos name I missed)0 The staffs positive atitude brings me back, along with the selection!

Stopped in today to just look. Mathew greeted me and took the time to show and educate me to all the products they had. I really appreciated his level of sincere customer service. I will be back when its time to purchase.

Decided to order mulch on Thursday night. Found website, placed order and they called early on Friday to confirm delivery and promptly delivered it that afternoon. Website is great, customer service is great, delivery driver was awesome. It’s rare to have a flawless transaction nowadays but Tiffany Lawn and Garden pulled it off. Will definitely be repeat customers.

Great customer service from our initial visit on...from the gentleman who helped us calculate amount of rocks for our garden areas ( spot on!), to Pam who was pleasant, patient and efficient with taking our order and answering questions, to Chris Laws, our delivery driver who called ahead to let us know, when he would be arriving and was skilled in watching out for our power lines and unloading our rocks onto the correct area. He was cheerful for such an early time of day and quick and efficient in his work.We are so pleased with the look of our new garden areas and feel we received both a great price and service. My husband and I agreed- we wished we had done this much sooner!

Okay firstly thank you for that sign on the glass, it saved my truck I originally wanted a whole cubic yard for gravel for 47.00 I luckily read the weight limits on trucks and I got half and let me tell you it saved my truck I did break a shock. Next time I’m a get delivery but I did finish my project with half but they was super nice the guy that dumps the gravel he is super nice I never done this before and he was very friendly and loaded me . So for a easy wonderful experience Tiffany you earned 5 stars and I will be back for mulch just this time I’ll get delivery lol

Since my mulch delivery was an anytime drop off, I wasnt sure when it would arrive. But the driver (Chris Laws) called ahead to let me know he was 15 minutes away... and there he was, right on time. I added a delivery note to look for a road cone on the spot, and thats where it went. He was efficient, professional and pleasant. He even guessed correctly that I wanted it on the driveway, not in the gutter... important since it was raining at the time. Strong work Chris!

New to the area; looking for soil for raised beds to combat clay base! Tiffanys comes up frequently and reviews are well deserved. Very helpful in recommending a combination mix for the beds and delivery was easy. Large load but Chris managed it with ease and placed it perfectly in driveway. Chris rounded off an excellent experience with Tiffanys!

They have a great selection of natural stone and manufactured materials for walls and patios/walkways.arguably the best in the Indy area. The staff was very helpful in selecting materials as well as loading them into our vehicle. Front office staff was also helpful and polite.

We have been looking for a raised bed mix for a few weeks, and after being ignored by a near-by garden center, we reached out to Tiffany Lawn & Garden and we were sorted out really quickly. We had the delivery scheduled within 2 days. They gave us a delivery window ahead of time and when the time came, they called us letting us know the exact time theyd be at our property. Chris Laws was the delivery person, he was friendly and he was at our house at the time scheduled. He did a great job and placed the load exactly where I wanted it.

I ordered a truck of #2 stone. Driver Chris Laws got there in the morning early and put it exactly where I wanted.He noticed the size of the job, and (politely) mentioned I hadnt really gotten enough to do it. When I explained I had an expensive rental bobcat, he told me to call in right away and they would try to get more out the same day ($600 a day rental bobcats mean time is money!) I got 2 more loads delivered that day and my drive is in!.Between Chris on the truck and Pamela on the phone, Tiffany took care of me and helped me finish the job on time and saved me from having to pay $600 for another days rental on that bobcat. Im super grateful.

Tiffanys was very helpful in getting the right amount of rock ordered for our project and when Chris made the delivery, even though it was pouring rain, he dumped the rock right where I wanted it and helped me bring the straw mats into the garage. Great service and will order from them again!

Decent pricing and wide range of mulch dirt and rock. It was very busy when I arrived but I didnt have to wait long for a loader for my mulch. The loader was very nice and picked out the red mulch from my dirt that was accidently stuck in the bottom of his bucket.

$45 to dump a small trailer worth of brush. They turn around and grind it, dye it and sell it back to you as mulch for $48 a yard. I can dump for $10 in noblesville at dirtworks and get a yard of triple A for $28. I will never in my life give Tiffany’s my money. Y’all are getting robbed and need to look around. They are the highest priced place in Indy. BY DOUBLE.

Bought from them 10 cubic yard of Topsoil they delivered only 9 yards, the driver told me he was loading 3 yards at a time for the three loads since it is small truck, when I called to explain to them that we got only 9 yards, the front desk lady did not believe me and confirmed they delivered 10 yards and told me they will not sell to me anymore. I never seen customer service like that !!!
