UPDATE: this was a month ago. I returned the lawn mower, and I still have not gotten my money back! Just tried calling, and their phone lines are screwed up. None of the menu choices work. I need my money back!If you are truly looking for an American made lawn mower, dont be deceived by the name of this company. They have no American made lawn mowers. Very disgusting and misleading. Should be right at the top of their website foreign made products.

I was a bit hesitant to buy an electric chipper. However, it has exceeded my expectations!!! I bought the 15 amp Earthwise chipper/shredder. The machine handled all the branches that would fit into the hopper slots (1.75 diameter). I used a 50ft power chord and ran green branches thru it with no power drain. The bin is very convenient for containing the mulch for handling to the mulch beds. See below pics. I trimmed about 20ft up the tree. Branches that were larger than hopper slots were cut and stacked. This is great for a homeowner who doesnt need the big commercial equipment. I am a well satisfied customer!!! Good job guys!

This company is terrible. Bought a used snow thrower on Amazon, and as soon as I put it together a part broke. I contacted them and they told me they couldnt sell me the part I wanted, instead they would send me a new machine. I was happy. 2 months later, I called asking where my product was because I never got it. The guy who answered my call said they werent gonna send me a new snow thrower. These people are shady, and I will never do business with them again or buy any of their products. Plus,every one of them is rude as can be on the phone and have no care to be there, which I can tell by there voices. Very very upset.

Chainsaw broke. Worst part about it- it took 3 months and 10 phone calls of being lied to before finally being told there’s no replacement parts and it had to be warrantied out. Finally got a replacement unit, but Honesty from the beginning would’ve been a better store policy.

Customer Service was great. My called was answered right away and I was able to get my question answered about my PW18004 Pressure Washer. The individual that answered my question was very knowledgeable about the product. I also was able to get added to their email distribution list where they periodically send out emails with discount codes for products purchased from their website.

I ordered a Scott Lawn Sweeper for my yard and a week after I ordered it I never recieved anything saying it shipped so I checked the status of my order.It was cancelled by this company without ever calling me or emailing me. I called to ask why it was cancelled, I was told it was marked as fraud but they kept my money. Never got a refund. When I asked to open the order back up and send it to me they said no and didnt care if I got what I ordered. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a battery powered blower from Earthwise well over 2 years ago. At some point between when I bought it and when I contacted them regarding a problem with a battery they were bought by American Lawn Mower Co. I started to have sporadic problems with the battery about a year and half after i bought the blower. Within 2 years the battery was completely dead. I contacted ALM probably a week or 2 after the 2 year warranty was up. The first response to my email to them was an email to upload the receipt. Didnt hear back after a week so I followed up with another email. I didnt hear back but I did receive a new battery yhe next day. It appeared it was sent before my follow up. Impressive that they honored the warranty of another company, who I trusted. Actually they could have made a case for not honoring it because it was just a week or 2 after the warrant expired. They get an A+ for honoring the warranty but a C for their communication.

I have a 40V string trimmer from American Lawn Mower and absolutely love it! It is lightweight, yet powerful - not to mention extremely easy to use. I’ve also been very impressed with the battery life. I have used the trimmer many times already and have yet to need to recharge the battery. I would highly recommend this product!

I bought a manual lawnmower from your company. It was so simple to assemble and works like a dream!!

I have been trying to get in touch with someone at American Lawn Mower Co. for about a week now to talk about my Earthwise mower, and unfortunately none of their phone numbers or menu options in the U.S. connect to a working number. I even tried calling the Canadian number, and of course they sent me back to the U.S. number that isn’t set up. I know others seem to have had success, but it is seeming more and more like some sort of scam to me.

Ordered a T-handle for my push mower. Wasnt sure if I should order a 14 or a 16. Contacted the company, discussed, was directed to the page on their site, great, thats what I want. So I order the 16 T-handle.A U handle is delivered. Not what I wanted. Called the company to ask what happened, told they dont make the T-handle, and they will not be available, ever.Not a big deal, but American Lawn Mower A) directed me to a page on their site that showed the replacement T-handle, B) never said anything about T-handles not being in existence as I spoke with them before I ordered, and C) responded carelessly when I called after I received the order.Disappointing experience.

Product was great! Customer Service was super helpful when I called to order a replacement part. They have a great website too!

I cant say enough about how this company goes the extra mile to service customers. Products are top notch and again, service is stellar!

Purchase a small pressure washer from them that had an issue.. They went through a troubleshoot with me which didnt work out !! They are very professional and personal.. Bought a chainsaw that they make on amazon; great product

Called and emailed and went on line to get a replacement part got no response been on hold each time I called totling over 2 hours still got no response .lazy customer service not buying from them ever again.

Been trying to contact them for weeks to file a warranty. They dont answer emails or online claims. Horrible costumer service, I will be letting Lowes know as they shouldnt carry a brand that doesnt stand by their warranties. The BBB also will be receiving notice.

Wish they would answer the phone!
