Great selection, wonderful service. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Sarah F. was my client advisor, and she was simply outstanding! Kind, patient and very knowledgeable. The store has a nice selection of men’s items and the line moved fairly quickly. I will definitely make the drive down from Chicago to Indianapolis to visit this store again.

Do not go to this store during covid! I stood outside the storr sweating with a mask on for nearly an hour while people infront of me were let im 1 by 1 to window shop and not purchase things. The only reason I was there was to pick up an order I had places a few days before. U til this covid stuff is ovsr I will ot return but stick to online only!
This is one of the best Louis Vuitton experiences Ive had in a long time. Ive shopped in the Rodeo Drive, Honolulu, Madison Ave, Phoenix, Boston and San Francisco locations. This is better customer service than everyone except Rodeo Drive. Christina was the one who helped me with my backpack and passport cover. The service was incredible, as they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone wanting a Louis in Indianapolis. Go see Christina, she will not disappoint.
Wonderful customer service experience! I took my perfume bottle in for repair. Unfortunately, it wasn’t repairable. They replaced it without me asking! I was thrilled to have my favorite perfume back! Thank you!
An incredibly sexist and discriminatory store ran by an equally so manager. Apparently this store does not see fit to service a gentleman’s needs here. If this is how this store, and this company is going to be then I am more than happy to spend my money elsewhere.
Semi nice, but disregard us as buyers until we were interested...then it was like day to night. Sadly we were presented with a damaged box and no bow. Will not go back.
The employees, are. Very kind, non pushy, non judgemental. When my wife bought a Louis Vuitton purse earlier this year they treated us great.
I was very reluctant after much feedback from friends & associates over the past several months about their experience and I was about to purchase my items online. I wanted to first see the items in living color before doing-so glad I did. I was helped by SA Hannah! She was great, and assisted me with my purse purchase. They didnt have the specific wallet I wanted-but Hannah made several other similar suggestions took her time and gave me her undivided attention. I wanted to think about her suggested items and look at the specifications online etc. I then went back the very next day and Hannah was not in but I was helped by the store manager (Hannahs manager) she was equally nice, professional, helpful and assisted me with the wallet purchase that Hannah suggested the day before. So two days in rows I received the same consist service by two different individuals. Im very pleased with the service at this LV store and their willingness to assist me. Will be returning for more purchases in the near distant future.
SA there was not helpful. I just had a like new NF and there was a rip in the bottom..she did not help or try to fix it. I also had a wallet to be fixed with a receipt and she did nothing and acted like she didnt care. For all the money ive paid, i will not buy from them ever again. Too bad.

The staff were so nice I came in looking for a product that I needed for an upcoming event and they let me try on multiple products and were patient the whole time and they helped me match my outfit with the right colors.

The woman at the Louis Vuitton was very kind and accommodating. Me and my mother bought a person and a wallet that we put our initials in. She also gave up complimentary perfume and cologne that smelled lovely. All in all I would suggest going to this Louis Vuitton.
Don’t let Hannah help you she sold me a $1800 bag with scratches on the hardware. I didn’t notice till I got to atl and I called Louis Vuitton and they said she will call me that never happened and it’s been 3 months.

Walking into the store a week prior, I had the bag on my back wanting to exchange it with the store with the dustbag, and all other necessity materials inside. When I walked in I was greeted by Sarah Farris, whom said I may not exchange it regardless of the condition, as I have worn it on my back. There is nothing in the policy below that states that you may not return it by wearing it on your back. I then sent in a request to exchange it due to a stitching problem, and she said that she would take photos of the bag, and send it to the quality department. (which I highly doubt she took the time to do considering the mess up is not normal, and I have not seen it on any Louis Vuitton product that bad of craftsmanship) I was called on my cellphone on Monday, and she mentioned that the quality department said that everything was normal, and that it is normal on LV bags as they are handcrafted. I accepted that, as I found that answer fair, however a week later I decided to exchange my backpack for a different color.I walked in again today, two days prior to my 14 day expiration limit, with the bag in PERFECT condition, as I went to check for myself prior to leaving. When I arrived, I am approached by Ms. Farris, once again, assuming that I was coming in-in attempt to claim an exchange due to the stitching issue. I had the feeling that she just wanted to get me out of the store as fast as possible. As I set the bag on the table, they didnt even bother to check the quality, as once again wearing it isnt in the policy, and claimed that it wouldnt be fair to her next customer if I turned in a used bag. So if someone used the bag for a few days and put it back in the bag, leaving you fully unaware, would that still be unfair to the next customer? She completely disregarded policy and sent me out of the store disappointed.Other than this issue, Ive never had a problem. However, I cannot say that I will be buying anything from Client Advisor Sarah Farris when I go to the store. I personally wouldnt go at all after this experience, however as it is the only store in the area, I am unfortunately left with no choice. Id be glad to change my review if the Louis Vuitton store decides to stay intact with their policy and grant me the exchange I am entitled too.POLICY of return/exchange--* The product should be returned in its original packaging and condition.^ not once in there does it say that I cannot try on the bag, as Im sure everyone who buys their Louis Vuitton product does after they have spent a luxury apartments rent on.

Very disappointed!The sales representative at The store was very demeaning! He gave us a look as if We were just window shopping! Infact when I was trying to look at a bag, he actually removed the bags from the counter.I went to the store to buy one and they lost a customer because of the attitude! Never judge a book by the cover I dont know his name but he had his glasses on ... extremely sad with such people representing a brand !
