I love gap more than Ron Burgandy loves lamp. No really, its true. There selection is unbeatable, the staff is almost always on point, the quality is good, and the price is outstanding! I just picked up a new pair of jeans and 2 tops here for far less than what I would have payed at some of the other stores I shop in!

Normcore is trying to chase the athleisure market. All of their clothes look so comfortable. Comfort is one of my personal priorities. Love the fit.

The Gap has been a Mainstay of my family for well over 30 years. Trends come and go, but the Gap consistently delivers arrange of khaki pants, Oxford cloth shirts, denim and classic styling. The stores are spacious, not overly crowded and the attention to detail in regard to the customer experience is very strong.

I dont know about the curbside pickup but I do know that the clothes the jeans the shirts they are durable put together with care and there not cheap so please come with your dollars

We came in recently a couple of days before Christmas not looking for anything in particular. The store had lots of shoppers yet was tidy. There was a small clearance section in the baby section where we found a cute outfit for my nephew. I looked for beanies and scarves, however, it looked like they were all out. I guess Ill have to shop online for what Im looking for. Only the 3 registers downstairs were working. Despite the line being long, it moved fast and we were out pretty quickly.

Eh, Gap is Gap. Happened to be walking around and this filled the need to stop in and look for clothes for my son. It is nice everybody is all in one place. What is not nice is what is and is not part of the sale they have. I am not dumb, but it overwhelming with signs as to what may and may not be included.

I bought some face mask, they never told me that it was final sale. I bought 2 packages and paid 38$. Next day I wanted to return because it was kond of expensive and I found better price online, but they didn’t except my return. They should have told me before when I paid so I could think twice before payment.

They have great deals right now through the pandemic. But they are only for in store purchases. The store is very clean. All fitting rooms are cleaned after every customer. They have protective glass at every register as well as hand sanitizer. They close at 8pm

The Gap at The Grove is their flagship shop, so expect clean merchandising and better service than usual, which makes for a really fantastic shopping experience. This is great place to get gifts for the kids - and sometimes youll get a little something for yourself because their sale section rocks!

Just scored the most insane deal on a pair of super comfortable shorts from GAP!! The normal price of them was $50 but they were on sale for half off which took them down to $25, but then I had a $15 reward coupon AND a 10% off coupon so when it was all said and done they came to less than $10 after tax. How can you beat that?

I’ve been going to this GAP location for years now and the reason why is because it’s awesome. First of all the sore is well organized and the prices are so affordable. I can always find whatever I’m looking for, regardless of if its tops, bottoms, outerwear, lounge wear, and everything between. Can’t say enough good things about this store and it’s caring staff.

A nice and perfect store to buy clothes that you want, this place is very accessible and convenient. You can find different kinds of garments here in GAP, perfect for a whole family. If you are looking for colorful clothes for your kids they are easy to find or if you want simple attire like jeans and shirts for you and your partner they are available as well. I really enjoyed my shopping here and I guess I will come back more often to buy some for myself and also some gifts for my loved ones.

Staff is very rude and snobby. Constantly looking down their nose & carefully watching you as if youre going to steal something. Very unpleasant, uncomfortable and unprofessional

Everythings laid out okay, but I was specifically shopping for Gap Fit and was disappointed by the lack of variety of the clothes. Was looking specifically for shorts that wouldnt ride up during a workout and didnt really see many options for women at all. I also wanted a basic tank, but a lot of the options were crops or had the super baggy arm holes that show your whole torso. Or the basics that did exist didnt cost basic prices, so it was a strikeout for me:/

Good store, good location, and a huge selection of items. The only thing that they should improve like ASAP is their customer’s service. I asked one of them for help, he replied that he is coming back from the back with what I need, and never did. Would you believe it? Five stars for the store, no stars for the service.

They have an entire area 4 kids with a nice selection, and of course plenty of things 4 adults, all the staff was helpful and friendly but there was 1 lady that I wasnt very impressed with she had a bad attitude, I asked her a question about a certain size of a shirt and she told me 2 look harder,REALLY ??!! Other than that I was pleased with the selection.

Horrible brand. Fit is never good. I purchased two pairs of jeans at the gap outlet and the gap doesn’t even take them back. I have to drive 40 minutes to the nearest gap outlet. “Great” customer experience.

I used to like this place backed in but not anymore. You cant find any employee in mans/kids department second floor whatsoever. Customer service is super slow, rude and unhelpful. Theyre argue to each other in front of the customers. Only 2 customer service on Saturday afternoon.I DISLIKE THIS LOCATION :(

Everything was going really good until I got home & discover the security sensor still attached to my husbandss sweater!Couldnt go back to the store because it was already close!!& to make matters worst I couldnt go back the next day either because I we had an early flight to catch !!I thought I had found the perfect traveling sweater !Why can they be more Consonant with their customer service!?

I have already a lot of friends at the store and enjoy visiting it every month. They just need more sales to have, so I would buy even more clothing here.
