My dad has MS and was kicked out for being intoxicated. So I started to go in for him where I encountered a really drunk man buying beer with 0 problem. This was a while back so maybe their better now. I hope so this isnt ok.

Aside from the loitering folk outside asking you to buy them something, this liquor store is great. The cashiers are personable and just the absolute sweetest!

In short, a wonderful place for all your beverage needs. From the hand written No Masks sign taped on the door every Halloween, to when the underage kid who bought beer here on an old COPS episode (and subsequently was arrested) this place has just about any beer, ale, or malt liquor one could want, warm AND cold. The wine connoisseur can rest assured D&S stocks a wide variety of fortified wines, even some imported from St. Louis Mo. The best thing is their discounted soda vending machines out front...even neighborhood kids benefit from D&S!

The store is not that clean and al but one employee is nice. I like the fact that the liquor is in isles and not behind the counter. But overall nice prices and mostly friendly staff

Place just got bought out by an inconsiderate owner. I opened their one and only cooler and the top flipped and gave way and snapped. Of course he blamed it on me saying he has had it for years. Avoid this place. His wife runs the register and tried to beat me out of $2 and got mad when I corrected her.

Fast service, a little bit cheaper prices compared to the next two closest stores. Friendly respectful staff.

Always greeted as soon I come in the door. The prices are very fair some priced lower than grocery and drug store prices. I love the staff on the night shift.

Rude - the two employees that were there racist. No customer service skills. Nor speaking skills. I thought they were males. No hair. Raggedy. No smile. I felt threaten when theyspoke in aggressive way they had a harsh manly tone. they did smell like liquor.. And had drinks red liquid on counter. I will never go back..

Always a quick spot to grab a soda or liquor. Soda vending machines outside the store. 50 Cents for a ice cold can.

The employees are nice, for the most part, and the prices are some of the best in the area (for cognac, anyway). Only thing is....it is in the hood so people may ask for change or your phone number and may even curse you out if you say no, so be prepared for that! Lol

Two woman there.are the worst. Made me feel unsafe. I felt threaten there. If you are not black you will get harassed and felt very uncomfortable... The said vulgar racist comments. They mocked spanish language as i walked out. The employee did not have a bra. They hanged till belly waist line. but I understand if I acted, looked and spoke like they did ill be mad too. 0 customer service. 0 smilez not very welcoming if you are NOT African American. I believe the manly looking females were intoxicated.

Will deny service if attempting to use highly secure payment technology, ie smart phone. Apple pay, Google Pay, Chase pay, Captiol one pay, any high tech payment services are denied at this location. No signs indicating gross store policy.

Staff is friendly. But place is on the darkness side. Some brighter lighting perhaps could help

The best part of 10th street. Police is always on the lot at night for safety concerns. This place is a gem. It is huge and has a wide variety for that area. This place always has the hard to finds.

I never went there until I started working there and Im here to say we love our customers and are happy to see them. They bring smiles and laughter to us just as we do to them.

Went here tonight and was treated rudely by Jasmine, she belittled me for looking at the selection and taking to long when there wasnt a line. I had a malfunction with my card and she took my card from me instead of allowing me to do it myself. There was dirt on the card. She then bullied me about not being able to buy anything there when I had cash. I also had money and planned on purchasing a lot more. But I got my card to work and took my business elsewhere
