When I got this mattress I was told that they charge a $60 delivery fee. I asked if they would put it in the room and on the frame she said yes. I specifically asked because Im a female with 2 babies and my husband is overseas and cant do it by myself. They called me at 3pm. They didnt show up until almost 830pm!! Then when they got here they just sat it on the wall and said sorry we cant put it on the frame because we are running late. I replied isnt that what I paid you for?? The lady said youd put it up for me.The guy said no you paid for us to bring it here.SERIOUSLY???!!! BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE YOU AN HOUR TO ACTUALLY PUT IT ON THE FRAME SMH. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
