Really appreciated the extra effort from Beth Ann and Jesse . I need a custom 14 pipe for support of outdoor patio lights. Already had a sleeve in the ground so a matter of finding the right size galvanized pipe. They gave me a sample piece to take home and try. Once confirmed were able to quickly order the 14 piece. In addition they also drilled 2 through holes at the top for my eye bolts and even arranged to deliver to my house for a very nominal fee. Whole experience was great from start to finish. Team has good energy and work well between them. Can not say more on how they helped me with a very specific need. Installed picture attached (painted it) .

The engineers and sales staff have provided our company with the absolute best service. I am not sure what Beth Annes job title is at Metal Supermarket, but she has been more than helpful and she acts in the manner EVERY TIME we order from Metal Supermarket. The staff also hand delivers most of our orders, which is also extremely helpful. We are currently under construction with our new facility so, our sales office only holds about 10 employees; we are very busy, so the extra steps that everyone takes for Ryoei USA Inc is greatly appreciated. This place was awesome! I was doing some work on my truck and I needed a few specific pieces of aluminum to finish the job. I didnt want to buy a big sheet and then have a ton of scrap. After searching around a while I found Metal Supermarkets. I called and Jesse the owner answered. I told him what I was doing and he told me what type of aluminum would be best for my job. I sent him some drawings with dimensions and he had the pieces ready for me in no time! No scrap! Good customer service, fair price, and fast turn around. Ill definitely be back!

I go to a couple other metal shops in town but this place is becoming my favorite. Good prices on drops and the alloy selection is top notch. This is the only place in town that sells cold rolled steel at a reasonable price. Heck cold rolled sheet drops are about the same price as hot rolled!

The staff is incredibly helpful, polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. They cut my steel, had it wrapped and even loaded it in my truck. The selection is vast and if they dont have it they can get it. I really love this place, and as the owner of a small forge and fabrication shop these guys will be getting our business for as long as were open.

As a home shop hobbiest, I was shopping around looking for metal suppliers that sold drops, decided to take a chance and drive up to indy to check these guys out.They have a decent selection of drops, however their prices are pretty aweful on aluminum.For a piece of 1 in x 6 x12 aluminum bar stock, that i ended up purchasing online+shipping+cut to size for half the price. I would have much rather supported a brick and mortar than making my purchase online, however they left me with no option.In all fairness tho, their prices are pretty competitive on steel tho.thus the 3 star rating.Hoping i can change this to a 5 star next time i visit.

I needed a small piece of brass sheet so I called ahead with very specific dimensions to see if they had it before I drove the near hour to get there. Guy on the phone told me to just come in and see what they had. Well I get there and they had NO BRASS. The staff was friendly though.
