We eat at a lot of Mex Restaurants for “gringos.’ Have even shopped some at Mexican Grocers, better poblano and other peppers and other stuff you need for Mexican dishes. Got gas next door, was going to eat at the Burger King but told wife, hey, sometimes Mexican Grocers sell warm tamales over the counter, want to give them a try before we burger it? Was worth the gamble. Tamales were flat, not roll-like but very delicious, 4 for under $8 with tax, if Indiana taxes such. More of a butcher shop then a grocer but great tamales.

Drove by it for a year and finally stopped in today. Good stuff!

Bought some chorizo had to throw it away .. so old couldn’t even get casing off it .
