The price from RDS was comparable to what I saw other places online and my refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chair is basically in perfect condition. Bought a steelcase office chair for my house. I play a lot of video games so it was important to me that I had a good chair. The man that ran the place (Michael?) was very accommodating. He was willing to meet me before I had to go go into work. Prices that are comparable to other online retailers for used chairs. Good selection of chairs.

I purchased an Aeron from RDS last month. It had a warranty issue that was entirely fixable, but when I brought the chair in for warranty service, they already had a replacement for me that I was able to take home the same day!
