Beat pallets I have had custom made for us anywhere in the country.

Theyve been promising us pallets for weeks and they never get delivered. Its put our company in a bind now trying to scramble and rush a purchase with a different company.

Company I work for uses this Company to pickup our junk pallets. They are horrible when it comes to switching our trailers out. When they eventually do pickup the full trailer, it takes them a week to drop another one off. By that time we are accumulating a massive amount of scrap pallets.We fill a trailer up in a week and most of the pallets arent damaged. We just cant use that size.I wish they would switch companies.

Customers are treated well and will be unloaded quickly.

Probably the worst customer service I ever had and they were very disrespectful I will never do business with this company again
