Ordered a Christmas gift but unfortunately the display case had got cracked in transit despite being really well packaged. . Emailed Andy and a new case was sent out straightaway. The replacement was packaged really well and arrived in perfect condition. Honestly the best customer experience I’ve ever had, from emails and updates it was a great experience from start to finish. The framing service is unbelievable. The price relatively is extremely reasonable. Everything from the service to the end product is astonishing.The do everything from simple framing, to adding a plaque to even adding relevant photos.Cannot recommend them enough.

I order a signed Ronnie O’Sullivan ball but due to not being able to collect the order I had to change this for another item that could he delivered.Andy who dealt with my order was amazing. His service for the assistant in the mew order and the return of the originally order was tremendous and he went way above and beyond with assisting with my refund, with constant communications from updates. He is a credit to the company and If this is the kind of service I can expect I will surely be buying from them again.

Great Service,I bought a signed snooker ball, when I received it I realized that during the trip the ink of the ball stamped everything on the certificate. I contacted Andy from the FAN CAVE page and he promptly sent a new ball with a new certificate at no cost to me.I already received the new ball in perfect condition.I recommend The fan cave service.

This store has some fantastic memorabilia and the framing service is great.I have visited this store multiple times and the customer service there is everything you would ask for. The staff that I have dealt with seem to know their stuff when talking about a range of movies, sports, comic books and movies. They are not overly pushy when trying to make a sale which can be a problem when in places like this.The products come with a Certificate of Authenticity which is critical when buying any kind of memorabilia.I highly recommend Fan Cave Memorabilia for any kind of collector.

I purchased 3 Billy Sharp items. The workmanship and quality were of the highest standard. They have fantastic memorabillia both in store and online. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
