They did slip up with my wifes car this last time, but immediately remedied the situation, therefor Im keeping my 5 star review. Ill go back to them in the future because I dont have the patience of taking a chance on an unknown auto shop and risking having a bad job done and regretting it.

Eric was great in keeping us updated during the entire process from the initial estimate to when we picked up the car. The car looks great. We had it repaired because it is only 6 months old and we wanted it to still look good.

Extremely satisfied does not begin to describe how I feel about this place. From making an appointment for dropping off my car to keeping me updated with the status of the repair, I was always greeted with great customer service. The receptionist (Denise) is a total sweet heart and made paper work very easy and straight forward. The guy who helped me out (Steve) always kept me up to date and never hesitated to answer any questions that I had whenever I called.My car looks and drives like new. I definitely recommend this body shop.

Not enough stars to explain how GREAT this place is! I heard about this place from a friend who lives in the area. Amazing staff and full of helpful people. I had to go through 2 different types of insurance to repair my car. Marina informed me that they would be able to take care of my personal claim with my insurance since they have a certain partnership/connection with them. Steve, Juan, and the amazing people in the front reception(sorry I didn’t get their names but 1 man and 1 woman) basically helped me file my personal claim as well as deal with the other parties insurance who, let me tell you, did not make it easy for them. Easily the best experience with them and would suggest no other place to take care of your car needs. My baby looks brand new !

Not only did they take great care of my car but it needed some other stuff done they had it sent to the dealership and then after the dealership took care of whatever needed to be taken care of they went and got my car they cleaned it up I mean this is just straight top notch. After being involved in an auto accident, Marina Auto Body was available to receive my car on a Friday afternoon. (Many auto shops will not take a car on a Friday.). They were quick to work with my insurance to determine if my vehicle could be repaired. They were also very professional in handling all of the necessary paperwork. I brought my car in to have it repaired after a fender bender incident. They were extremely professional and courteous up until the end. I went in to get my car fixed after an accident. I specifically chose Marina Body shop through my insurer because I had previous experience with them and they had done great work. It did not change. Everything was done courteously, correctly and even earlier than estimated. If I have to deal with body repairs again, they will be my choice.

I could not be happier with the work that was done and the level of service from Steve and Juan at Marina auto body, these guys are great. Did a very good job. Two weeks to get my vehicle back. It was clean and job was done right. I would definitely use them again. Everything was easy with them. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. They also have the softest cat to pet in the front of the place. He was friendly and Im sure hes keeping the mice on the run.

Quick, easy, great work, they also seemed to have detailed the entire inside of my car and gave it a carwash. They were in constant communication, and got it done several days earlier. I always go to this shop. Sadly, theres a history (pretty sure my car has a bumper sticker that says hit me please.....)

Marina Auto Body worked with AAA to replace the driver-side door of my 2004 Toyota Sienna after the hinge was damaged and was making horrible creaking noises. Their drop-off location in Marina Del Rey on Washington Blvd was clean and the staff was very professional! You know how a lot of garages dont remove the protective sheet of paper from the floor of the car when you pick it up? Yeah, these guys remove the paper before handing over the keys. (That may be a minor detail, but my point is that they actually care about the minor details, and I love that!) The door is as good as new now and opens/closes smoothly w/o a sound. I went during the COVID-19 pandemic and they had precautions in place, including staff wearing masks properly at all times in my presence, hand sanitizer for customer use, and appropriate physical-distancing measures. Proximity to the Marina Del Rey Costco is also a plus. Fantastic - will use again if the need arises.

My sons car got hit while parked on the street outside his apartment in Playa Del Rey. What started out as a giant headache turned out pretty well actually, thanks to Marina Auto Body. They were recommended not only by our insurance company but by that of the driver as well. And for good reason. The car was repaired to better condition that it was before and their communication throughout the whole experience was excellent. Although I hope to never need their services again (haha), if I did, I would not hesitate to go back to them for auto body work.

You guys are terrible on another type of level. If you are told your car would be done in a few days, add 2 weeks to that because all they do is like to play games. I was told Thursday that my car should be done by the end of a Friday. Yet, when Friday came and I’m on the way in a Uber, they finally decide to call me 30 minutes before they closed to let me know my car wasn’t done yet. Never will I go here ever again, nor will I ever refer anyone to this body shop. If you like waiting for longer than expected than this shop is for you! Communication is nowhere to be found with this place!!!!

Body work was very good on my Mercedes. However, when the car was delivered from the body shop to the pick up office and when I started the car, a message came up indicating the auxiliary battery was not functioning. This is how they delivered the car. The distronic and parking features were not functioning. Although the body shop was 9 miles from the office, they told me to continue driving the car because the battery needed charging. Im sure 9 miles was enough to get the battery working but it didnt.

Got my mothers vehicle repaired at this shop and got quoted a price and when I agreed to the service I went to pick up the car to find out that they found “additional “ damage and bumped up the cost over $450 over the original quote and when questioned on why I didn’t get a call to confirm the additional cost he simply said he did call once. No voicemail no nothing.. completely unprofessional so beware using this body shop..**Edit**Gave us back a call and told us that it was a mistake on their end and that they will refund us and honor the original quote so overall great customer service! And the car came out excellent thanks for doing the right thing and satisfied ur customers A+++

These people do expert and excellent work, and make the bodywork process as painless as possible. Reasonable prices for highest-quality work, for both insurance-covered work and issues that require your own cash.
