I have been to this AAA before and service was fast then and fast yesterday. There was a line outside the building but it moved pretty quickly. The service was excellent. Being a AAA member I was able to handle DMV issues such as title change a pay for me sisters tags because she was a member. Good job AAA. I recommend this AAA.

AAA always comes in handy in a pinch fast service was able to get my car door open when I locked me keys inside.

Avoid this AAA office at all cost!!! Staff is not well trained and not very knowledgeable so it takes multiple visits just to get a DMV transaction completed.

Nice and it can be a surprise that this was in the same shopping center as Costco exact behind the restaurants. First time I came about a month ago custom service including the front desk was very nice and welcoming. This time WOW! Just straight direct and to the point I even had to mention after she asked if I had my membership and other questions, my reply was it would be nice if you said hell then again, obviously shes not here to make friends.

They were very professional, accommodating, and patient. I only had a 20 min wait, which was fantastic! They have a text-based wait list so I didnt have to physically wait in line. The only think I dont like is that they dont take cards but they were able to tell me where my local bank branch was.

The slim woman who came to greet the members outside was very friendly.I got there at 4:30pm. Once inside I was told that DEBORAH BENJAMINwas going to assist me. Well she played with handicap plaques a good 10 minutes before coming to her desk only to not speak! Then she told me I under paid at the other office and I owed $30 for CHP FEES!I asked for my paperwork back because I refused to give her $30 to get her nails done! She really didnt explain why I needed to pay $30.Went back to the other office and was greeted and given tags immediately in less than five minutes.If you encounter DEBORAH BENJAMIN GOOD LUCK SHE IS HORRIBLE!

Great services...they actually arrived way before the estimated time that they told...I believe the told me I’ll be waiting for 35 minutes and only ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes for them to give me a jump one day when I left the ignition turn over and on without the car being started...mind you that I was in Compton at the Home Depot shopping for DIY closet/storage/space saving merchandise and products for sale.

This virus has been a truly trying situation but theyre doing a good job inspite of everything. The waiting outside is alittle frustrating but everything was done pretty quickly. People should try to have needed paperwork together before getting in line

Even with Covid-19 out there, the Auto Club was top notch! I was there for DMV services. The representatives were so pleasant and efficient! Sure beats going to DMV!!!

Quick and excellent service

Great customer service which leads to short wait times. This location, like most AAA, lets you do some DMV services (like car registration). Which in my opinion is worth it to become a member just for that. Im always in and out here. I highly recommend.

Very good service for me been a member for years now, but slowly the lines are getting longer and the wait even longer! But at least theyre making sure the safety of the workers and customer comes first.

Fantastic experience. Excellent customer support from Jennifer. I tried to do this same transacting (it was a transfer of title on a car purchased from someone who is overseas, so a bit out of the norm) at the Manhattan Beach AAA and they basically told me I had all the wrong paperwork, and what I did have was filled out wrong.

I visited the AAA in Inglewood (Century BL) today to book a vacation with the travel agency. When I arrived, I was checked in and asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding my travel plans. I filled out the questionnaire quickly because I already knew my destination, the hotel that I would like to stay at and my dates. I was told by the receptionist to have a seat and someone would call me. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon when finished my questionnaire. I sat down for about 5 minutes and the receptionist came to me with the Caribbean brochure and the travel agents card and told me that the travel agent will give me a call. I informed the receptionist that I already have a booklet and I need to see the travel agent. The receptionist went to the travel agent with my message and the message I received back from the travel agent was Its going to take a long time, I cant help you today. According to your website, AAA doesnt close until 5:00 PM. My response was,I guess Ill go to the Torrance location. The receptionist apologized, but the travel agent never even popped her head out to say hello. What company turns down business???I think this situation, was handled in a very unprofessional manner. This is not the treatment that I normally receive from AAA. I actually left confused.I visited AAA Torrance a few weeks ago regarding my vacation. I actually called Laura Isaac in the Torrance office last week, but she was on vacation. I thought that I would take a chance and visit the local Inglewood office, so that I didnt run into traffic.I learned my lesson. I give AAA Inglewood a D- grade.I must say the receptionist was very polite and had great customer service skills. The receptionist is the light at the end of that very dark tunnel.Tomorrow I will revisit the Torrance office where I am treated with respect and my business is valued. I Will request to see Laura Isaac again. She is very professional and has great customer service skills.

Waited approximately 45 minutes for a passport photo. Seems a little long for something so simple. I asked the gentleman at the front how long the wait will be, he said I was next but that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t recommend getting your passport photos here.

AAA is to Rich for my blood but the lady who i spoke with was VERY HELPFUL. I asked her to take ALFONZO LOCKETT OFF MY POLICY AND WHY MY BILL WAS NOT PAID? she apologize for the bill not being paid because they take it out of my account I dont like people being in my account but under these conditions AAA have thats the only reason why they are in my account and I would have been driving around with no insurance thinking my bill was paid. She told me that Alfonzo Lockett was taken off as well; however my premiums will still be the same until my renewal in 2020 thats when the payment will go down I believe but that still sucks so Im not happy about that but other than that you people have things geared up where theres no hope for the public you asked my opinion and I gave it. Dec. 4, 2019

Great customer service from Ruben, being a Friday he was really helped full and guide me through the registration process. other people would not help you or not give you proper information so they can speed up there process and leave. Look for Ruben people

Each and every time I’ve been there. My experience was a pleasant one. It hasn’t always been in and out but it was organized. No complaints here.

Avoid this office. I usually only go to Beverly Hills location near work but decided to stop here to renew my handicap placard. This place is highly disorganized and ghetto. All the workers have attitudes and do not want to be asked any questions. It was also flooded with people and looked no different than the DMV does.

Well I don’t often leave reviews but if this saves someone or anyone from coming to this AAA office it was well worth my time. Don’t let the 4.1 stars fool you like it did me! I have been a AAA member for almost 40 years and have never seen such a disorganized team. I waited for an hour and forty five minutes just to pay for my DMV renewal. Once my name was called called it took 8 minutes to pay and get my Sticker! As I walked to my car at 5:15pm (they close at 5pm) I looked back at the office just to make sure the sign said AAA because while I was waiting I thought I was at DMV! The only difference is the DMV has plenty of chairs for people to sit down.
