The girls in the hobby had no type of customer service.. another customer, myself && a friend were talking about how miserable they were acting && how we would never come back again based off their attitudes.. I dont think thats the type of energy a business wants considering it will potentially jeopardize sales..

Hood STAPLE!!! The same guys have been running it for decades anytime I need a new or used tire this is my spot! Or if my dash lights up for air they always hook me up for the change/$ I have in my pocket/car a true Service to the community.

The people here were very outgoing fast paced and professional. They had a hard time getting a rotten tire off my truck but they explained and got the job done in a timely matter.

Went in to get used tires they claimed didnt have any used tires in the size I needed and right away went to upsell me to brand new tire $80 for a size 14 Tire ridiculous Ive seen prices almost half that for the same size tire brand new too many people walking around there call ourselves working and as I was you Id have to charge so much money for the tires they wanted to charge $45 for used tires that wouldnt even the right size for my car thats not cool I would not recommend them to anyone

I bought two tires and when they put them on they messed up the wheel alignment twice. I have to go somewhere else and pay a real professional to fix it now. Cost me more money cuz of incompetence

Quick service cause no line but $40 for a used tire??? I do not know a lot about tires but I have a big truck and four used tires I normally pay around $25 so to pay more for a more standard size tire is crazy to me. But Im right here so Im just going to pay but trust me I will not be back.

This place is always good and attentive. Today they sold me more than I expected. But I never feel like I pay for anything unecessary.

Don’t get your brakes done here ! I can’t stress this enough they use sand paper to rotate your discs. They leave it uneven. This makes your car steering wheel shake violently when braking. They gave me 3 month warranty on the brakes but I wouldn’t go back there. I’m glad I noticed this before I could have seriously injured myself with a car accident since you lose a little control while braking.I was able to get these discs fixed at a machine shop which told me they were real uneven thanks for the response

If you bring your flat tire here you are not able to take it to America’s tire or Costco or etc for the second time.. ( with their patching there will be second and third problem ...)They are patching the tire but not as good as they should! I will never go there again!

Over the years I have used this place a handful of times and I have always been satisfied with the service and prices. They take care of business here. A nice little outdoor waiting area where you can see how they handle your vehicle. Fast yet meticulous employees. Vending machine and a store near by. You can pay with cash or card. Even when another customer tried to cut me in line they tended to me in the order of arrival 😄 I love this tire service spot although I hate needing to go

The place was empty, they had a lot of workers but it took them 40 minutes to take care of a flat tire. They were just walking back and forth. No tip for the guy with his cell phone and his music.

I had gotten a flat over the weekend and I came here because they had good reviews. I ended up getting two back tires, I had asked if there was anything wrong with the rim and said no but the tires were bald. Two days later I get a flat on the same side, my bf checked the tire and said it looks like a bad tire, there was a big whole near the rim on the inside, not noticeable unless you take off the tire. So I was upset, so I head over and I talked to the same person and I said, it must of been a bad tire or the rim is bent, he said the rim is not as bent to cause a flat and he stated you mustve of hit a pot hole” dude seriously. Whatever, I had no choice but to purchase another tire with no discount because it was my fault. Surely another week passed by and I got another flat. Kind of my fault on the 3rd time but I wanted to let you all know about my experience.

There are numerous employees, which means that went you drive up in there, someone greets you and performs the service. They get you in and out. Great service. The price is very reasonable.

This place has posted one price then changes it to another price. Went to fix a flat tire post 15.00 they take tire off and repair it then they tell you they had to remove it by hand extra 10.00. I gone to other pacific tire and they use the machine and only charge 15.00 i inform the person there response was that what they told me. I would never come back to this place reap off.....

I just visited on a Sunday morning because a tire on the car has been low on air even after I filled it up. There werent other tire shops ope on a Sunday morning so I thought Id give the place a try. They were super professional and honest. The tire had a small cut that they were able to patch up. Service was quick despite the fact that there was about 6 cars there getting serviced. Ill definitely be back.

Quick and easy service. Went for a tire alignment. Had to bring it back because my car felt weird. They checked the tire pressure and sent me on my way. Just wished they would have doubled checked it on the machine.

Outstanding service on tires and breaks. Had my four door sedan brake job completed on all sides. Mechanic was diligent and tedious doing a complete brake job that would of cost me a lot more at any commercial firestone, midas or pep boys. Staff courtesy & helpful with all work explained if desired. Never been disappointed with any work done on my car. Been giving them service since 1992, a period of 27 years. Thank you Pacific Tires!

We went to get an extra tire so we would have a spare tire on hand, they said whoever put the previous tire did it wrong and the nuts were placed backwards, they charged us an extra 60 to replace those, needless to say they were the ones that har put on the original tire in the first place so essentially it was there fault and we got charged for their mistake, wow talk about a business scam

If you need tires, rims, or tire rotations Id suggest looking else where. The service of the place is horrible, the workers slack off and so does the person running the place. They suggest on doing so much more to the car than actually needs to be done. I recently purchased tires from this establishment and one of the bolts to the tires were broken by one of the workers and when asked if I could get it replaced they were charging me 35 dollars. I shouldnt have to pay for a mistake of the employees. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GO ELSE WHERE!
