I only dealt with them through an Amazon order. But they went over and above to make me happy. Highly recommend this company. They personally get things done.

Great selection of hats. Wasnt greeted and felt that I wasnt interesting enough to talk to. When asked about anything the consultants were able to answer and help. Would come again but unfortunately out of my budget.

Person working in hat section was amazing. He was able find my husband the hat is was looking quickly in prefect size in room full hats. The hats were congratulatory gifts for getting straight A in his college classes

They have a huge selection but are very hard to deal with, i just buy from theyre EBAY page which by the way is much cheaper, so if you want something from them just get it from Ebay

Wrong Size Boots. Sent them back no response via email . When they clearly emailed when i received and complained of boots too small. Now i email too confirm if they received boots nothing and they kept my money wont deal with them again.

I bought a pair of boots from them in Canada and had them returned because ofthey were the wrong sizeI never got the next size boot back, I got ripped off for over $500 dollars and they saythey never got them but I have the proof from Canada post that they were delivered, they kept my money and I have no boots. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE....BE WARNED CANADA

Horrible experience ! They have a sign that says 5 xs try hat on ! They led me to the most expensive hat when i asked where was the 39-40 hats from the very beginning . I wasn’t even finish trying on the hat when they took the hat away .
