Took my laptop to get fixed. Parts were ordered. They called me but didnt leave a message. So I lost out on them. Happened twice. Theyve worked on other computers of mine. They do an excellent job. Price of work they do is very good. Gave them four stars because both times they didnt leave me a message and informed me about the laptop parts. Oh well. Hopefully next time it will be different. I do recommend this place, because glitches happen to everyone. Peace.

First off I want to say thank you so much for fixing my laptop. I went in to get my MacBook Pro 2015 fixed, i was having problems with the keyboard. They were able to fix it within 3 days, and also notified me of a damaged trackpad on my laptop and had that changed the same day I picked it up. Their prices are really reasonable, and they do an excellent job of giving new life to your computer. Also if anything goes wrong with the parts they install, they have a warranty of 30 days. I highly recommend you check out this hidden gem repair shop. They are really nice and know how to do an excellent job. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs. I needed a decent Windows 7 laptop. Google Maps suggested this location, and I was able to drive there and purchase one within an hour.It had a very slight problem with fan noise. I gave C & A electronics a call, and they asked me to bring it in.They offered a higher quality laptop, which they only needed about 2 hours to downgrade from Windows 10 to 7. I was also able to buy an external DVD RW drive at a reasonable price.I recommend C & A because theyre very helpful and their items are affordable. If you need a quick purchase of some used electronics or computing equipment, this is the place to go.

C&A Electronics is a one stop shop. You can find EVERYTHING you need from laptops to computes to speakers to CDs. Their prices are reasonable AND they offer a warranty on their repairs and products (be sue to ask how long). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I dont go anywhere else for my computer and electronic needs. They even sell phones and assessments. Ive never had an issue with anything Ive bought here. My favorite neighborhood store!

Small place. Theres no browsing the shelves for what you need, you gotta know what you want and ask for it at the counter. Their prices are ok, not eye gouging. Theyre more of a computer store than electronics. You wont find resistors or transistors here. They do have a few TVs or a few tablets and cell phones, the odd cables too.

Terrible service. I took my MacBook laptop their last year to get it serviced. I ran into some real life problems and didn’t come within the 30 days and they sold my computer!!!! I’m a musician, and I had music on there’s that I will never get back! As well as pictures and other memories. After being in store very mad, I calmed down and talked to the boss man. He comes out and says how they resold my computer for parts. Broke it down basically. So now I’m out of a computer, I lost memories I’ll never be able to replace. And they just looked me in my face as if, I was going to accept that. YOU HAVENT SEEN THE LAST OF ME

This is my second time utilizing their services. My first experience (a few months ago) was after I went to the Mac store to inquire about my Macbook not responding. Mac service providers diagnosed my Macbook, and they told me that I needed to replace my hard drive. I came to these guys, and they were able to backup Everything, and replaced my hard drive for a great price. They also assisted me with my desktop for little of nothing. Today, I called them back to ask about replacing my iPhone 6s screen- I dropped it off, and an hour late picked it up. No delay! Great price too!

Wow, these folks are fantastic!They fixed my broken PC in just a few hours, then saved me hundreds of dollars on a new printer by re-setting the old one. When my printer started flashing a warning that the ink pads were worn out and couldnt be replaced and that I needed to purchase a whole new printer, these folks told me it was all a scam and that for a very small fee they could reset it. So now it works perfectly again. saving me about $200.00 dollars. From now on, C & R Electronics is the only place Ill ever go to for computer or phone service or repair!

My go to for my PC

I took my laptop in for a diagnostic check, i just had replaced the bottom cover due to the old cover being broken from the hinges. After a couple of days I called for a status as the lady said it would take 2 days, being the 5 day and all.The tech said he could not find the problem why the laptop wouldnt turn on, so I decided to pick it up to send the cover back and get a refund. When I arrived to pick it up, I found it odd that i was not going to get charged the diagnostic fee, I figured it was because they couldnt find the problem. Once I got home and started to remove the screws, i notice that the hinge was broken, so i called and they said that the tech didnt do it, that I should have check the laptop before i left. Come on how am I supposed to check for internal damage if the laptop is closed up! The lady insisted that I was trying to get over on them, I could not believe the nerve. They then said they would check the camerasand then they would call me back, but I doubt it. It would take a good amount of force to break the hinges but now its my word against theirs. I would never return to this place again, I hope the review helps any other person that thinks about coming here for a repair or dianostic.Update:C & A failed to call me back or have any Integrity at all. 20 years of experience and cant figure out that the chip needed to be reflowed (took it to a real tech). The fact that the cover had missing screws was because the pervious cover had broken so the screws fell out. I work in a EMS company and work on PC Boards on a daily basis and would had done the work myself it I had the proper equipment at home. C & A have more the one complaint about returning items broken and getting over on people. If i would have broken the hinge why would i send it to them for a diagnostic? and as they stated, they would have reported it if they had recieved it broken. I am more then willing to take a lie detector test to prove i didnt break the hinge and recieved it back broken. Poor customer service and no integrity!

DONT DO IT!!!I took my 6 month-old, PC laptop to this repair shop with a cracked screen. Although they fixed the screen, I made the mistake of not checking the laptops other functions before paying the shop and taking it home. That night when starting to use my computer, I found this repair shop returned my computer with a cracked casing, pieces of the hinge/plastic case missing(exposing wiring), my WiFi driver DELETED from the hard drive, AND a broken WiFi card/modem making the computer less useful than before(*I was able to use it on an external display before taking it)!!!!! When i returned, these people had the NERVE to blow me off and tell me that they had received my laptop like that, and they tried to sell me an external WiFi adapter. Again, this computer was 6 months old, why would the WiFi suddenly stop working AFTER being taken to this establishment? I would NEVER recommend this hole-in-the-wall establishment to anyone!
