The customer service is horrible. Spoke with the manager about returning a prescription was told that I couldnt the manager gave me the customer service line and walked away like she did not want to be bothered. The pharmacist kept rolling her eyes at me, because I wanted to return a prescription I did not know I could not return, because no ever tells you these things, but assumes you know. They said its their policy but its not in writing and in 15 years of being a customer no one has ever told me this. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere because of the way I was treated. Dont treat me like trash, when Im patronizing your business.

I asked a manager if someone always has the keys to the cologne case at all times, because an employee once said to me she doesn’t have the key because she thought I was going to walk out of the store without paying, and the manager said she have the right to not open the case if she thinks I was going to steal it, then I asked the manager if the employee can read minds or is it because I’m black. Then she said it’s not a racial thing that is when I said to her why is it that 90% of the customers are blacks and 1% of your employees are black, then she was quiet.

Great pharmacy. Very clean and well stocked. Great customer service. Michelle the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location.

We found what we was looking for and it wasnt cloudy

This location is terrible. Some older short black lady closed the store at least 5 minutes early (probably earlier). I was just waiting in front, the staff ignored me and wouldn’t let me in and I had a least five minutes before the store was closed. The lady was rude and had an attitude. It’s definitely not worth dealing with this staff. There are other store not too far that I’d prefer to spend money with.

Went a couple of times to pick up packages non of the workers seem to know how it works one lady got mad this morning because she said I couldnt pick up my wifes package I told her she was wrong and boom shes mad manager told her I could long as some address she tells her coworkers not to help people when shes helping them I told her her that wrong and have a nice day even went across the street to buy donuts for the store get back and she doesnt come for me to give them to her and coworkers she was super mad over what I didnt raise a tone or use any foul language I try to talk things out and squash things like is short but hey I felt good leaving and hope they enjoyed the breakfast the ones that werent mad

This store ALWAYS lets me down. I called them to ask If they are doing passport photos and they said no we dont do that anymore, have a nice day and then hung up. Like what?! On your website it saids that they do! And if you dont let me know where I can go.I should have known better, its been 6 years since I been in that store. I was ready to give it another try but I am just going to skip out on going to Walgreens.

Susie in the pharmacy had the ordasity to ask me, Do you know how to spell Walgreens?My response and her question may be answered in court.Defense a raging complaint. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Prescription ordered described Saturday. Not filled by Sunday. Says prescription is ready. Go to store on Monday they ask for Caremark number. I have never had Caremark number. Give them insurance information but its not enough. Call Caremark and they call pharmacy. Get a call from pharmacy that tells me that it will be ready in 30 minutes. I go back 1.5 hours later and am now told that they are out of stock, to come back on Thursday. I am so livid! I immediately told them to cancel it and I will be taking my business to CVS.

At 9:20 tonight June 7, 2016 I my 14 year old son and 17 year old daughter, stood waiting on a store employee to assist us with the purchasing of two despoil able cameras. After the long wait I sent my son over to the cashier to ask her for assistance. Another five mints passed by before she pick up the phone and call for assistance to open the camera display. A African American Woman with shaving head or cut very low to the scape came to assist us. I told her I wanted two $12.00 cameras. She removed two cameras handed them to me and stated please dont run out the store. I turned back to her and replied I have a job that pays me very well. She replied thats what I want to hear I turned and walked away with my children to the cashier shaking my head in disbelief, anger and embarrassment. From what this store employee had said to me in front of my children. Just out right disrespect, beware of this store if you are a black male even shopping with your children. Slow customer service and disrespectful.

I went here the other day, I needed a battery for my car key. Trayvon one of the managers was so nice to assist me with changing the battery. To me that meant alot! Great service!❤

Friendly staff and clean, well organized store. Sadly they have enough lowlifes stealing things (Ive seen people walk out with a sandwich while cussing out the cashier for asking them to pay) that they have to lock up the toothpaste. Who steals toothpaste? Honestly.

I went into this location on 6/18 picking up a package at the Fed Ex area. I dealt with a sales person named Valentinia. She was very RUDE and delivered very bad customer service towards me. She claimed that she was a manager, it was very hard for me to believe that especially with her unprofessionalism. She gave me the run a round with my package. And refused to release it to me. I really do not no what her problem was. But I know she should be written up on documentation on providing raw customer service. She really should know better than that. I will NOT be having anymore of my packages dropped off at the location. Bad experience. Unhappy customer..

Reviews on here about their horrible customer service and staff are true. Really answers the question, why arent they doing so well? only reason I even bothered to step into this Walgreens is because of a product they only seem to carry and trust, the level of upset I went through with the security accusing me of stealing,without any proof, was enough to make me forget about toothache. Went to another location and the cashier immediately asked me if I needed assistance. I understand that its a ghetto area but thats something this store should do instead of letting their customers wander aimlessly through their unorganized isles trying to find something, and then accusing them of stealing. I imagine its a management problem though since I even complained to the manager and all he did was turn away. Needless to say you lost a customer.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! The pharmacist Jason must hate his job. He does not lift one finger to help his customers and seems annoyed when asked to do his job! He made filling my fathers prescription more difficult and when I asked him to fix it he said he didnt have time to deal with me and he would try to do it tomorrow! This was for my fathers diabetic needs! Due to his horrible customer service, this Walgreens has lost all my business and I am suggesting no one use this pharmacy, WARNING, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Use the CVS pharmacy nearby, they seem to like what they do. As you can see by other peoples responses Im not the only one who has given them a poor rating!

Been coming here for almost a decade now because of how close it is to our home. But man, if I could find a closer Walgreens I would move in a second. I have complained countless times to their customer service line about their undermanned/under resourced pharmacy and their rude store Manager, Valentina. Every month we have the same issues and every time she says itll be squared away and its not. Ive had to come back over 5 times for the same medication because they always have an excuse and the excuse changes depending on who you talk to (anything from, its too early, we need to wait for the one person to return who apparently is the only one who knows how to bill it just came thru the system etc etc). And dont ever try to call in to the pharmacy, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE LINE, NEVER, IN 10 YEARS!!! I feel bad for the staff sometimes because I know its out of their control but Valentina and District Manager David Ing have been aware of this on going problem for a couple of years now and it does not get better. Its one thing to mess up. Its another thing to lie and make excuses, and its an entirely different thing when the store manager cant genuinely hear you out before she rudely interrupts and tries to cut the convo short, rolls her eyes and smack her lips while you speak with her. Theres a reason they have entirely new staffs and the problem persists. Starts at the top. If you cant even value a customer, how do you think theyll value their employees who bust their behinds to make up for their intentional short comings to save a buck. Stay away from this Pharmacy!

Multiple times now I have been told to wait a moment as they continue to help people behind me as fulfill there prescriptions. The pharmacists pick and choose who they want to help and who will wait.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. The pharmacy manager Jalpa is mean-spirited, and talks about patients to other staff members. She refuses to accept valid coupons and discount cards. I will never go to this pharmacy again.

Staff doesnt know the difference between anti biotic and anti inflammatory. I asked for anti inflammatory they said i need prescription for that. I went to Walmart and got that immediately

This is the most horrible Walgreens Pharmacy in the world, First they have a drive thru that is NEVER open whats the use of having a drive thru if its never open? And when i ask why is the drive thru never open i was told that they are under staffed, ummm hire more staff! Second dont bother trying to call and speak with someone in the pharmacy because it takes forever for you to speak with someone I called and got the automated were re sorry to keep you waiting but our staff is busy with other customers there is 2 callers ahead of me i listened to that for 15 minutes before i clicked over and called on my second line, i finally got in my car and drove down to Walgreens (still on hold on both lines by the way) and stood in line and while waiting in line still on hold someone finally picked up the phone (after 38 minutes) I told her I used the automated phone system to refill my order and it was supposed to be ready at 6:30 and when i got there at 7:00 was told that the refill order didnt go thru and i couldnt get my prescriptions until the next day!!
