My visit to Smart g Final was capped with a successful display of varieties, Smart workforce and a Final nod to excellence.

I found what I was looking for. The place is well-stocked and the cashier is very friendly and helpful. I love this Smart & Final. Keep it going guys!!

I love shopping here, you can get in and out really quickly.

As soon as I stepped inside, I overheard a cashier greeting a customer in such a sweet and delightful manner, that I instantly felt welcomed. The store was clean and well stocked. I found everything I needed. The cashier I heard when I entered the store attended me. Camielle was just so helpful and cordial, it made the tedious task of picking up a couple things SO much more pleasant. I hope I see her next time I visit this store.

The store was well stocked and I was able to find what I needed if not there was someone ready available to assist me without wasting my time.

Very disappointed this time. Two weeks ago I bought a bags of pretzels, when I open and eat one the taste was weird.. I check the expiration date ... surprise!!!! Expired almost a year ago!!!

Its posted right behind the century parking lot so itll be kinda hard to spot because of the automobile parking zone its loaded right on the left hand side of the street where you can walk right in from the parking lot

This is my STORE! The store is clean and fully stocked. The produce is fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful, they have everything I need. Its close to home and Im there often.

Easy access, ample parking, clean well stocked store. The ONLY drawback today, was the checkout line was ridiculously long.

Overall the store was nicely organized. However their crew members need to learn more about how they should treat their customers and not do faces when they are charging the items that are being purchased. Because customers go to the store to buy food whereas they don’t go to be judged. Therefore cashier employees especially night shift should be more polite to their customers. Makes me not want to go back.

The store is clean and organized, the staff is following the COVID19 standards using protective wear. Theres only one waiting line and 2 or 3 cashier available, you have to wait in line with proper distance.

Called and asked to see if they have butane cans and the woman said yes and hung up on my face. I went to the store and they were out of stock. Unbelievable I called so that I would not waste my time and gas.

Love this location! The only register that was open moved quickly and the cashier was kind( even at the end of his long shift he was still smiling and providing good customer service)). I was shocked that the gate on the side street was closed and I could only enter parking lot from Century. Was it because it was 1 hour before closing time?? I hope this is not permanent. Century has too much traffic during the daytime to be forced and limited to this entrance/exit.

Smart and Final on Century Blvd must do better. The credit card terminals are all broken. Swiped and inserted my card so many times my bank placed a hold on my card and I was almost unable to purchase my items. Sales clerk said the terminals have been broken for some time. They just lost a customer as shopping there is no longer convenient.

Mom and sister got stuck, needed AAA.

I would suggest no one go to this location I am a business owner that shopped there at least 3 times a week for my senior ADHC. Normally Im in a tie and suit but today the independence Day I was followed to my car accused of stealing because Im in regular street clothes no protocols were followed didnt ask cashier that I just finished paying with my business card just assumed because what my skin tone I was very offended by this hurt as well I worked to hard in my life to get were Im at to be treated like a criminal horrible place. They will never get my business again and everyone in the community as well as city council will know about this.

Very Very good. I was well taking care of. The young man that was filling the Deli case took out time and went to the back and brought out some more beef brisket, because there were only 2 to choose from. When he took out time to bring more out for me I brought 52 pounds because of him taking out the time to give me choice. I Thank him for his service ! I wish I could remember his name !

Good prices. A few of the employees are very nice but most seem miserable and are not very friendly. I tend to go around 8pm to avoid the crowds.

It was a quick trip on my way home for dish soap. The store was well organized.

Great customer service!!! This is one of my favorite employees,she moves fast when checking out the customers, .and when someone needs a item from a unknow isle, shes very knowledgable...she has even moved carts for me to park on occasion. Has never left dissatisfied!!

Smart and final just keeps getting worse.In the past year they sold rotten plums, eggs that had shells so thin that you could not pick them up, milk that spoiled in 3 days and fresh never frozen chicken that was frozen solid.I have been shopping at S&F for over 20 years.I guess old habits are hard to break.Today I took the sale paper that I get in the mail and they would not honor the prices.They told me the paper they mailed to me is only good at the Huntington park store.WHY?I HANE NEVER BEEN TO THAT STORE!The chain is really starting to SUCK!I will be looking for another store.
