I drove my Uncle for shipping. I found a great variety and bought all that he needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a enjoyment to shop.

Went down to L.A. for a few days to celebrate the holidays and wanted to get some groceries so I wasnt eating out three times a day. One of the few stops I made that had adequate parking and friendly staff. Its nice that my Frys food account works here too.

Aisles sufficient to accommodate those who want to leisurely investigate items as well as those in a hurry. The staff were willing and able to assist.

Its a grocery store. The layout has a logical flow. Its easy to find the items you want without wasting a lot of time doing so.

Management stated the restrooms are closed 🔒 at 8:00 PM although, the store is open. Im a faithful customer of Ralphs over 40 years. I find this policy to be a big inconvenience!

They had summer outfits, dresses, and footwear, too. Their grocery products were well-organized, it was easy to find.

Notoriously crawling lines. Be prepared to spend a long time waiting. Self checkout and cashier lines are extremely, extremely slow.

Its that time of the year again. Lots of pumpkins in stock. This Ralphs has a good wine selection and isnt too crowded.

Online pick up spot are right in front of store. Tight parking spot. So I would rather go to Ralphs on Lacieninga. Good parking over there. Im disapbled.. Even normal people have problems getting in there to park. I usually back into my spot..

Its a shame how Ralphs closed some of its grocery stores in poor neighborhoods because they didnt want to give pandemic pay to its employees. Folks just should find a different market to shop at.

I dont know whats going on with Ralph Kroger but there was literally nothing on the Shelf second store been to like this are they having problems with the delivery I dont know Im not used to that from Ralph

This store is is becoming better with service and stocked items. The produce and meat is always decent and the cashiers friendly. The parking lot can be sketchy at times (frequent transient traffic), but the overall shopping experience has improved over the past year. Keep up the good work!

Had our first grocery delivery from Ralphs Ladera Heights. Ordered mostly organic items and EVERYTHING came in two hours! Great service for only about $9

Great selection of products but the lines are crazy long sometimes at both locations that I go to the one on La Brea and the one on Centinela in Inglewood.

A nice store and checkout was quick and easy.

Ralphs is a generalized grocery store that has the general top named brands. However, they do not have Mexican, India spices or foods of culture. Ralphs is an American type foods grocery store but if you are a foreigner visiting, prices are considered to be middle to upper class prices. The food you find at Ralphs are extremely good quality but you do pay a little more than some stores. Overall, if you are looking for a general item Ralphs is a safe place to find it. Other stores that are comparable to Ralphs are Krogers, Vons and Farmers Market.Ralphs are located all over California and is the size of a Walmart store that sells foods items. if you buy frozen foods, it is best to place your frozen foods inside a cooler with ice packs in the trunk so that the California heat doesnt prematurally thaw your food while waiting in traffick down the highway. Do yourself a favor and bring a good cooler and a couple bungee cords to tie the cooler down inside your vehicle. You will find that whether going to the beach, going grocery shopping or having a tailgate party, this cooler will be your lifeline to beverages. Stock up while you are at Ralphs and get your ice before you leave. Make sure you ask for a Ralphs CARD which will save you big money on future trips to Ralphs.

Bought some chicken strips and potatoes wedges and it made my daughters ill 3 hours later. I dont know if it was the grease or the food had been sitting there to long but it was obviously not saleable. Manager said he wolud resovled the matter.👏

Customer service is nice there and the store is clean with no parking problem.

Not enough carts for the customers, so we had to carry our products. Also, the shelves had very little stock. This teaches me not to stop at a store that is on the way to your destination.

The employee named Jamal is amazing. A young black man that is always working every time I see him. A young lady that usually bags the groceries is amazing, her name is Chanel. Austin who has been here for years is tremendous. And the young white guy that cut his hair is fantastic. He never 👎 responds in a negative way when you need help. I’m always at this location for instacart and these are the people that make my job easy. A young lady named Milly is always on top of her job and so sweet 😻☀️🍎 Bill is a hardworking man! He stays proactive. Kimari is not a good cashier! Doesn’t greet the customers or nothing! She rather talk to her rude and unwelcoming manager Shante. The manager is so loud and frightening!

Staff is friendly, but the shopping carts are rarely consistently inside the store.

For some reason this location does not have quality produce like the one less than a mile away (Centinela and La Cienega). On a few occasions I have noticed spoiled meat. I only go this location for quick grocery runs and I only buy packaged food because I do not trust the produce, dairy or meat. At times this location also has an odor. The staff is ok, the customer service is consistent with all Ralphs locations not friendly but not rude. Just ok.

Busyest time of the day and they only have 1 register open making people unnecessarily wait in the line.

Store is nicely organized and cashiers are friendly. The wait in line did take a bit considering I went in late and there wasn’t many people...

This particular Ralphs is clean and well stocked. And for the most the employees have great customer service skills.

Im taking this up with there main office, I have a Actual Service dog who goes most of the time, a nasty customer desided she wanted to complain to the manager who is somewhat new she actually came up to me in front of everyone and actually ask me what he was for, As I told her it wasnt her or anyone elses business he has his license, point to this its illegal to even ask those questions its in the Disability act and medical privacy law.

Did not have any Ribeye bone in left on shelf, my reason for visit, they are never in stock with a lot of your items you need to keep your meats and shelves on point!you use to be way better!!

Cashier was extremely nice insightful knowledgeable and courteous she also asked if I forgot anything that she can go and grab thats what you call 5 star customer service she should be manager for that type of pro activeness.

I dont know what it is about this location, but I frequently find the produce to be lackluster. Also, the prices are higher here than Superior or El Super.

Only issue I have is that the lights inside the store are not as bright as other Ralphs market stores.

The fruit is always expired or 1 to 2 days away from expiring management needs to address this issue Ive visited this location more then 35 times and 30 of the 35 times the fruit is expired .

Its a crying shame is stories about the glows in the neighborhood.......

This Ralphs is one of the friendliest in South LA. The bakery is open relatively late and the staff are cordial. The self check service is not usually crowded. A pleasant visit to to grocery. The restroom is also readily available and easily accessed. I like this Ralphs supermarket.

Overall, a good Ralphs. Sometimes the produce department lacks quality. Customer service is good compared to other locations.
