After searching online to buy real sea moss this place came up thru conversation. I have been there and the customer service suck,and the sales person was very unprofessional and very rude.No PEOPLE SKILLS!!This was one of most uncomfortable situations that I have ever been in. The store was full of products dont get get me wrong and I had money to spend,But the attitude was NASTY!!No No knowledge of any products at least thats what they saidI will never go back and they have lost my service Please Take your time and Money somewhere else

I purchased a bag of raw Irish sea moss totally disappointed with the product . Call the store for processing instructions and the lady was really nice about sharing the info how to gel. I soaked the sea moss for 24 to 48 hours it was still tuff as jungle rope. BUYERS BEWARE !!! Hope my regular herbal shop restock soon.
