KI International has excellent customer service and they are very knowledgable about their products. I bought a few black belts from them along with a GI and I am very satisfied. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. They DO NOT overcharge for their products.

Hands-down the worst martial art supply company I’ve ever used. Customer service is terrible. Prices are higher than average. Management has no idea how to establish long-term significant working relationships with clients. After coming here I feel both disrespected, unappreciated and ultimately like my business does not matter to them. As a result they will not have it moving forward.
