Brought my 2018 Highlander Hybrid in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Service was performed quickly (about an hour) and completely. They have a new (to me at least) video they text to you once your vehicle inspection is complete. They provide a running commentary of the condition of things like brakes, tires, suspension, exhaust, etc. with video. Pretty cool! I drive almost 25 miles one way to have my Highlander serviced at Inver Grove Toyota. There is another dealership within 5 miles of my house - but, I choose to go to Inver Grove.
Tyler provided exceptional customer service, honest answers to questions about repairs, and confident recommendations for best options in regards to replacement parts and services. I would definitely make extra effort in the future to ensure he works with me whenever I go in for service. My experience with this dealership is consistently phenomenal. I go out of my way to get work done here, as I have yet to experience this level of service and care at any other auto shop. They even provide a video inspection so you know they arent trying to nickel and dime you on repairs you dont need. You can see for yourself the problems in your vehicle before you decide on whether to pay for repairs or replacements. All Toyota owners should strongly consider making this their exclusive auto shop.
Inver Grove Toyota is an excellent dealership, especially for parts and service! Their pricing is up front, and they only fix what I want them to. No additional upselling. I recently replaced shocks on my truck, and they beat the local Mechanics price by over $100!Definitely a customer as long as I have a Toyota :)

Love their service here, they are usually the same if not lower than non dealership pricing which is unheard of. They are always very thorough and have great communication, they even hand out flower at the end of your service!!

The service department is excellent. They keep me informed on the progress of work they were scheduled to do and they inform me when any items need to bo replaced.
Went in for oil and exterior lights. They always do a fairly thorough inspection and found that my front brakes were quite worn which was not unexpected as this 2012 prius has 90000 miles. Very thorough review of inspection and very courteous service.
I really appreciate Toyota’s new inspection process - the video that was sent explaining what was wrong, was helpful. Mike was very professional and answered all my questions. Scott helped close me out and ensure the bill was as expected. I would DEFINITELY recommend IGH Toyota!
I went in for a factory routine maintenance to make sure everything was good. I liked how the techs communicated with me and had a video explaining repairs that were needed. They discovered an issue with the transmission and explained it was a factory warranty that was covered free of charge. They ensured I was taken cared of and even though it was a lot more than originally planned but I rather be safe then sorry. Thank you toyota Inver grove for taking care of me and continuing to keep a chain of communication with me.
I made an online appointment and checked the shuttle service option but once my car was checked in the service advisor informed me that the shuttle would not be available for one hour! So why would they offer the option? If you need shuttle service, beware- you might be waiting a long time.

I especially liked it that the mechanic sent me a video showing what he was doing and what he found. Most places want to insulate the mechanic from the public, but I like to know what is happening. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Great customer relations!
The Inver a grove dealership always delivers. The waiting room chairs need a good cleaning but otherwise waiting an hour is relatively easy

I’ve never taken my 2014 Toyota PriusC anywhere else. I know the conventional wisdom is that dealerships will take advantage and try to get one to spend money unnecessarily, but I feel that the professionals here are very responsible and responsive. I have not always agreed with their advice - though more often than not - and I’ve never felt pressured. I highly recommend them.

Ive never had a bad experience in 15 years and today was no exception. I feel confident in the service department of IGH Toyota. I always feel like Im important even though Im just getting an oil change. Also, I never have to wait past the time I am quoted normally, like today, service is completed with time to spare. I will remain a loyal customer.

Easy enough to find, just follow the signs. Youll pull into the service area and have technicians meet you to get your car set up. There are four waiting areas, free coffee and waters, a small play space for children, two vending machines for soda and snacks (these accept $1, $5, and credit cards). They offer table seating, armchairs, and work cubbies. The parts department has, of course, parts available as well as weather tech products and toyota branded hats and items. They also keep a whiteboard with competitors pricing on tires, and while buying from toyota is a little bit more expensive on the front end, they warranty the tires. Overall, this place is very accommodating while you wait.

As a disabled female senior citizen hunched over a walker I was treated with the utmost disrespect at Inver Grove Toyota. For example, a service technician reached over me and invaded my personal space like I was an object and not a person. This is a behavior that would have not been acceptable in pre-Covid19 era...it is certainly not acceptable in our Covid19 times, and during any time is just plain rude. Moreover, when I later complained about this behavior along with them parking my car far away for my pick-up, when accessibility is an issue for me to the Service Manager...it came down to from the managers perspective what I should have done to prevent the bad behaviors I experienced...not what Inver Grove Toyota should have done and what good customer services looks like. There was a complete lack of awareness of how to treat a customer let alone a physically vulnerable individual. Like the saying goes the response I received only added insult to injury. It doesnt matter if Inver Grove Toyota does the best repair/service job to your car if they treat you in the manner in which I was treated.
Andrew M was very professional and efficient. I bought a 2016 Honda Civic on 02/12. The tire pressure light was on and kept coming on. Andrew took the time to wipe out the code, explain how the tire pressure system worked and showed me how to check the air and wipe the code out myself (all while bringing me through the car wash!). The car is new to me and I had no idea how anything worked, so I’m grateful that he took the time to show me!! Please give him the next promotion!!

I was promptly addressed and signed in as soon as I got there. The only thing I wish they had done differently was inform me of any costs when setting up the appointment. I am a new car owner and dont know how much things will cost and would like to be more prepared financially before I have to pay for things.

Took my car in for safely check, and tire rotation.The also replaced the glove compartment that had fallen from the front passenger side, and updated some fluids that had been neglected by the previous owner. Appreciate the timely service after a call to request a check up just this morning!

When I scheduled my appointment for a recall, the person on the phone told me I could drop off my car after hours the day before and that she would make a note. Staff was very confused when I was dropping off my car after hours, sending me to the pay counter to pick up my car after watching me drive my car into the service garage and then the pay counter told me to drive into the service garage to get checked in. When I did convince them that I was dropping off a car, I told them to not include their free check, but they rooted around my engine anyways.Previously, I had brought my car in for a diagnostic and they claimed my driving was the cause of my low gas mileage and brushed me off when I said my car was running rich due to a gas smell out my exhaust. Turns out I needed new O2 sensors and my alternator was weak when I brought it to better mechanics. DONT take your car here!

Quick service oil change for a Saturday. On Monday morning the notification came on that my wiper fluid was out, not cool in MN during the winter. I thought they were supposed to top off all the fluids with an oil change. The oil change was free due to a new car servicing so maybe checking all the fluids does not apply. The guy who checked the car in, Mr. Collins, was a bit condescending.

Dont recomad this place for service.we bought couple SUVs from them there price is alright. After that I went to this place with my mother 3 time for oil change. First time they forget to reset the oil change light on the dash board. The second time was after we paid for back wind shield wiper repair they forgot to do that and we needed to went back and they fixed for us. Today we went there to for a battery replacement, Andre take care of us good. Some other tire dude come out and told her she need 2 new tires. But they replaced her tire less than 8 months ago. Imagen if we didnt double check and let them proceed? They where going to rip us 3 hundred something dollar. Then after the replacement was done, I notice that the car is not washed even we told him when we check in and he confirmed when he give our keys back. After this whole happend the manager treated us with a lot of disrespect. My question is if they forgot something we see like this, how can I trust them on some thing under the hood? And also because my dad had some kind of issue with there price and honestly now he goes to Midas. And also my uncle was going to buy from them its better to go to other diler. In the first place I dont recommend that place for service there price is high and thy have big miss communication
