If I could give zero stars I would!!! Went there for a simple oil change, didnt get on the highway before my one year old car was blowing clouds of white smoke! They double filled the oil! The oil came half way up the dipstick! If you care about your vehicle even a little, stay far away from here! Will update after they fix their nightmare.

Arrived at quick lane for my first oil change on my new truck and was told I’d be in and out in an hour. 1.5 hours later my truck hadn’t moved. I was told it would be about another hour. I took my keys and left. On my way out the service technician said it would be easier if I would drop it off in the morning and leave it. For an oil change? Sorry. I’ll find another dealership that staffs their service department as to earn my business.

Careful on this one. I had a coupon from Ford for a $49.99 oil change. When I presented it, I was told it was going to be close to $70 due to additional charges. I was also told the car would be ready in an hour and it took over two. Finally they called and told me I needed a new engine filter which had been changed when oil was changed at 23,000. I currently have 29,000 on the F150. They also wanted to charge nearly $45 for an air filter that can be purchased for $12-$18 at various auto parts stores or Amazon.

You know Ive never been there. My good friend has had her vehicle at the shop for nine days now. And the worst of it, they havent even begun the repairs yet.she uses her vehicle for work,so shes missed a week and counting! Mr. Owner 🙋do you think you can figure out whats going on with? Im not even sure whats going on,each staff give s her a different answer.

I didnt want to even give them one star but I had to do the review, poor service and the MANAGER Eric Lijewski of Quick Lane very rude and unprofessional Quick Lane will NEVER EVER put their hands on my Vehicle again... after replacing the defaulted Air Bag and now My car keeps cutting off on me something that never happen prior to them putting their hands on my vehicle. They lied and said they didnt even have to go underneath my hood which was a lie I found out they have to go underneath the hood and disconnect the battery cables and if they fail to do that it could cause damage to my ignition starter when replacing the air bag when I called him out on it he got upset and rude and hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak with his superior Im very disappointed, Ive never experienced anyone at his level of professionalism to be this rude and nasty, I just want my vehicle back the way it was when I dropped it off, My car literally cut off on me 6 times within an hour of picking it up and I took it right back to them all I did was drive home which is maybe 1 to 2 miles away from Inver Grove Ford I literally just drove right home because I was scared because my car kept cutting off.

Quick is a relative term and I suppose if you arrive at 6am (Opens @7am), are first in line, and ONLY need an oil change it may be accurate. Besides an oil change I also needed a 30K service check so my quick was 2 1/2 hours long...

This is absolutely the worst service I’ve received of any kind anywhere. They said they’d honor a $29.95 non-expired coupon only to charge $80 by the time they finished over 3 hours later.Update: I had to get my oil changed elsewhere after a couple thousand miles because the pan was already empty. The technician said Quick Lane didn’t install the filter properly.I usually dismiss one star reviews as people that have nothing better to do than complain but they’ve actually damaged my car with only 20k miles on it.

Same experience every time, fast and easy and the prices are reasonable compared to other places. My go to place! Thank you!

You know as much as I take my car to this garage....its seems this place has a communication issue because these people dont explain things to you in an understanding way. CANT say I will continue going........👎

They dont stock a whole lot of certain quantity of parts on hand for being a dealership! You have to chase around other dealerships to get what you want or just order the part at the dealership which alot of auto parts store dont carry!
