Dashton Helped us out on Wednesday, July 14. We came in about 7:45 PM and I know the store closes at eight. He was amazing! He gave full attention to us even though he had two other people he was working with also in the store. So helpful and never complained about the fact that it was almost time for him to end his shift and his customer service skills were impeccable. Will definitely recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from Edward P throughout the purchase of my new phone. There were a few bumps in the road on Verizons end and Edward went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that I was entirely taken care of and never stressed out. Ive never had service this good in any industry and I was so thankful to have chosen this store. Edward was the best. We were absolutely blown away by his kindness and friendly/calm demeanor. Cant thank him enough!!

EJ and Mitch did an amazing job handling my childrens phone crisis. Both of there phones broke and with school approaching they needed them asap! They both worked together and made it happen very quickly. I give them 10 out of 10 for there customer service. I highly recommend visiting the IGH location. Ask for these 2 guys when you get there. Robert Joseph was a huge help in getting my new phone set up. He de activated my old one and set me new one up very fast. By the time I was out the door my phone was working perfectly. Highly recommended going to Verizon and having him check you out.

Matthew worked with us at this store and he was an absolute angel! We had 3 phones (nearing the closing time) that all needed content transferred and he was able to help us out without any issue. My several experiences have been positive with the employees at this Verizon store. E.J. has been particularly helpful. I enjoy having these men, EJ and Eric, help me.Verizon, not so much help. Company was very obstructrive when I attempted to change carriers. Did get my phone to another carrier. However, they did not tell me ALL service had not been cancelled. Kept accruing charges on Hum and Tablet WITHOUT my knowledge!Thanks to EJ, I am no longer using Verizon, for anything!!

Just had a fantastic experience getting a beautiful new iPhone 12 Pro Max from E.J. at Verizon in Inver Grove Heights. You all know how painful this can be! E.J. was polite, thorough, and happy to discuss the REAL numbers (total cost of ownership) ... which is usually pulling teeth at most providers. He didn’t push anything on me above and beyond what I wanted. I just walked out with all my data ported perfectly. If you want a new phone or plan from Verizon, find out when E.J.
