I was expecting more from this place, honestly. I went in there with about the same expectations I set for just about any gaming/comic shop Ive gone into. However, I was disappointed. Walking into the store it is a pretty welcoming, nice and clean large open space.The issue is it seemed to be lacking some organization, I believe. All of the comics were just packed tightly in boxes with no labels to tell you what was in what box.. I had hopes of looking at the same items I always look at when in a comic shop but I had absolutely no idea where to start looking so I just gave up trying.This essentially goes for the entire store - it basically seemed like everything was out of place- you kind of had to browse through the whole store to really see everything. It would have been helpful if there were some sort of aisle markers to indicate what was on that specific wall. The place was alright but not sure if i will return.

Great Store! Great Employees! Even supports the local collecting community by hosting collector swap sales! Which one could argue would be in direct competition with the store, but instead they embrace it. Awesome Discount program too!

Went in yesterday. Got a few pops. Seems pretty bare bones. Comics were kinda crowded. Seems like it should be better put together after being there for months now. Discount program is not worth it to my family as there really isnt much we would buy there. Had some pops really high priced at $17 when same pop is $8.98 on Amazon. Highly doubtful we will go back. Not impressed. Edit: I would hire a store organizer as it needs improvement and that info is a job in and of itself. Having done displays/lay outs before for retail, I would not consult for free on a Google review. Good luck, though!

Selling figures is a highlight, they have some comics, and games, I only wish they had a bigger video game section. Great place to go and visit.

Tons of cool Dungeons and Dragons stuff, I snagged up a couple Funko Pop things for my kid, they had a ton of different ones at this place it was hard to choose! Really interesting store with a lot of collectible things, Action Figures and Pokemon Cards I remember seeing. I think they also had a couple tables you could possibly use to play stuff, maybe they have even nights or something? Worth checking out if this stuff is your style.

Store in inver Grove is still new so its not chock full of stuff but it is nicely organized and has a great gathering space for board gaming and more! Lots of different style collectibles (not a ton of comics though) and a great atmosphere. Best yet was Tony! The lovely man behind the counter. He is a wealth of knowledge on collecting and was so wonderful to chat with. Would go back just to chat with him!

A great comic book and game store. They had a tool of cool books and vintage figures from many different fandoms. I will make sure to add this to my list of places to visit more regularly!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent variety of products. Definitely will be back here. If youre a nerd or sci-fi geek go ahead and stop in, youll be transported back to your childhood.

Me and my dad were going to a&w but saw this place on our way and being nerds ourselves had to stop in. I am so glad we did, this place was like nerd heaven. it was super awesome and definitely worth checking out if you love vintage and new nerd stuff. 10/10 recommend

Interesting shop with a variety of card games, board games, action figures and more. Employees were friendly and the prices were fair. They also have several arcade machines so be sure to bring some quarters.

This store has a large number of Funko Pops, action figures, and other collectable figures, as well as collectable cards, a few books, and a larger gaming area. Their prices on figures & collectables seemed to be fair, however I do not generally shop for enough of these items to know if they were any better then their competition.The selection of comics is small, but does appear to be growing. Current comics are bagged and boarded for protection, however the bag and board does cost extra. While the extra charge is a slight downer, being able to get a current run comic that hasn’t been handled and potentially damaged by several other people is a definite bonus. Back issue comics seem to be limited to mostly recent issues with a very small number of older issues from the last 10-15 years.

Looks like they are in the process of growing. Lots of figurines, but few games.

Lots of old school comics and books, lots of cool funko pops and action figures, a few video games, consoles and accessories, a few posters, overall very cool, but the guy at the register just sat there the whole time never said hello or anything, just sat there??

Cool place, good staff. I was hoping for more videogame items personally, however if you are into comic books this is almost definitely one of the best places you could go. Cool selection of various things and its inventory continues to grow.

Nice and spacious store with things for many different areas of geekdom. Funko pops, old action figures, comic books, a few card games, board games, and old video games. They also have a couple pinball games and a DC arcade game.

If you haven’t had a chance to visit their first location in Rochester, make a trip to their Inver Grove store. Cool inventory with something for all ages and collectors and non-collectors alike. Always great customer service and the owners are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be back!

Really cool place to check out a variety of nerdy products! Board games, video games, comics, collectible figures, Pokémon & Magic cards, and loads of Funko Pop vinyls. Large space with tables set up for games. Staff is always friendly and kind. They even have a little kids area set up.

I visited the one in Rochester years ago, and fell in love. The new store is just as amazing. The owners are sooo incredibly helpful, fair, and knowledgeable. It feels good to have a helping hand when it comes to the never ending hunt. Ill always recommend NerdinOut!!!

I had a question about the authenticity of some of my pokemon cards and they were very helpful! I called around to a couple of stores near me to help me out and they all said to check online, but at this store they told me to come in. Once I got their they were super nice and helpful. After he told me which of my cards were fake he was nice enough to give me a couple free toploaders for some of my more expensive cards! Super nice guy and wonderful customer service. Would 100% recommend this store!

Not many stores like nerdinout in the twin cities anymore. Glad to see the place pop up. With everyone in nostalgic mode during these days(covid) its great to have this place around.

Awesome little shop. They had a few arcade games inside as well as comics, pokemon etc. Cards, Action figures, some video games and all sorts of other cool stuff.
