They made some suggestions to fix these and volunteered to adjust the structure of the opening if the door didnt work. His team showed up to install, made some repairs, put the door up, left the garage spotless, and were out in 3 hours! I was incredibly impressed. We will refer friends and family!

I recently reached out to R​a​y​s​ ​G​a​r​a​g​e​ ​D​o​o​r​ ​R​e​p​a​i​r​s​ for a suspected spring break on my garage door. They were able to come out quickly and checked on my issue. They were able to replace the springs, rollers and weather stripping along the bottom of the door. Now the door is more quiet and smooth than its ever been. The service was done very quickly and they were very nice and professional. Would definitely use them again.

The cable broke and I couldnt open my garage. I called at 9pm and got a call back within 5 minutes. I didnt expect to get such a quick response. Posted right on top of the website page free estimates, I called and was told $45 for a estimate and she said no they dont do free estimates, should probably remove that from your website.....

I do not recommend this company. I asked for and estimate of the cost of a cable repair and the guy said he did not have that cost but the technicians do. Well that cost was over $100 more than the average cost. I called two other companies about this cable replacement and they both said between $150 and $200 max. Other companies gave me free estimates but this company charges you $39 after you get their outrageous costs. They are not transparent and I have scheduled with another company that gave me the free estimate. Buyer Beware here and do not get caught in overpriced services.

They replaced one of the tracks which was bent and also one of the brackets. They took about an hour to get everything done including placing the wheels back on the tracks. The door works perfectly, the pricing was a little high but I think the quality of work that they did was worth it!

Benson was great, very clear on what our options were and allowed us to decide how to proceed on new springs for one door and a new operator on our second door.
