Unfortunately we have not had a good experience. We bought a treadmill from here in January and a piece broke a few weeks after it was installed. We have been calling since February to get this fixed and no response. Left messages, asked for the service team to contact us, went to the store (it was closed and said they were working in a different location). It has been un-usable for a month and a half and it is brand-new. disappointed that staff have not reached out to us.

Would be nice if they said on the website that the store was closed due to water damage. Could have saved me a 35 minute drive each way
