I visited skyline village today and I couldnt have had a better experience! Jennifer was so warm and welcoming and was super helpful. Answered all my questions and made me super excited for the opportunity to own a mobile home. Cant wait to be a part of the community!

Worst place to live, rent increasing and the water is undrinkable.

I moved in mid February and I could not be happier! The whole park is clean and quiet. All of my neighbors are respectful and friendly. The office staff are attentive and amazing. Ive never lived in a community like this before and honestly wish I had moved in sooner! I highly recommend this community! Love love love living here.

My husband and I were going to buy a manufactured home there and we started looking back in Feb. Its brand new, but they never put any effort into getting it to be move in ready and because of waiting so long we had to re-fill out our application to be able to live in the park AND re-fill out the application for the mortgage. After calling the park numerous amount of times and even their corporate company they still had no answers. I then later stopped asking them and they never called me to ask if I was still interested in it and they went and sold it.I drove past the manufatured home today, and it still has not even been touched.I feel sorry for the person they has bought it.Glad I looked elsewhere.

Wonderful office staff. Lets face it, this is a trailer park so there are certain things you simple have to expect and accept in this type of living arrangement; however, the office staff...especially Jennifer, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was welcomed warmly, and graciously shown several properties with in my price range. Jennifer was honest, helpful, and most importantly...not pushy as I was trying to determine which Trailer would best suit my need and wants. I would highly recommend Skyline Village to other looking for an alternative to apartment living even if they cant afford an actual house.

Ive been searching different mobile home communites in the twin cities area and have found that the ladies running the office have been incredibly helpful. Great attitudes and a warm inviting environment. Willing to work with me when other places seemed not to care! Thank you for your help!!!

I’ve lives here for the past 5+ years, just like any place there’s ups and downs. Steph has awesome client care, there was a situation that escalated she personally came out after hours and took care of it! The management is great, they care about the people that live here.

Horrible environment. I have been broken into twice, had my house burned due to arson, had 14 bicycles, 1 tricycle, 1 pedal car, 1 car power booster, 1 garden claw all stolen from me. Even with a lock on the shed they ripped the hasp off to get at it. Lot rent increases every year and now they just added an extra inch to the amount of snowfall before they plow. The street in front of my place is like an ice rink in the winter and they do not sand or salt. They break the law by putting your late notices on random vehicles they assume belong to you even if it is parked in the street. Like they put on my neighbors visitors vehicle! They also would post the addresses of the residents who failed to pay their lot rent on time publically. Again breaking the law. SLUM!!!! True SLUM!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would I have been trying for a week and half to look at two trailers so we could purchase one. Every time I email or call never get answers just get the answering service and they tell me that the staff doesnt inform them when they will be in but the office hours are 830 to 530 monday thru Friday. Ok if that is the case why is no one answering . Must not wanna sell homes great coustmer service NOT!!!!!!!

New staff Is ridiculous Jennifer smells like straight alcohol seems to be always drinking on the job can never just be nice to someone without giving them an attitude !!! You call in and work orders are never complete you never get any call backs when you leave messages on the answering service I dont understand what kind of customer service or management company this is. Both Jennifer of the new staff I forget her name Are rude NEVER get anything done theyre always out of the office doing who knows what but its not working. Read before you move here everyone should your out money since you walk in the door !!!

Trailer park very clean with a park basketball court and across the street from a convenient store also.

Office staff was so nice and helpful!! Its great to feel welcome and get all of the information about the park and financing options.

Worst place to ever work with stay away there goal in life is to steal from you and never fix anything in the mobile. Do not put 5,000 down to purchase it will be a nightmare we have been here two years in a new mobile home and it is not level and they wont fix anything!!! The manger is a worthless piece of garbage tells you they will be out to fix stuff and then they never show up.... stay away

I love the new manager she is fair with everyone on the community the only thing the rent its really expensive

You like travel trailer that is the best

I guess if your not buying a trailer from them but from someone in the park your not important enough to get a call back when you call their office 4 times all of witch someone answered and said I would be getting a call back in a few minutes. All I did was fill out an application and their lack of service makes me not want to move to their community I definitely would not purchase or rent directly from them

Not worth it.Dont bother.Employees who live in the park do not have to follow the rules and regulations that other residents have to. Maintenance is rude and disrespectful. When reported, complaints are ignored.Very disappointing.

The common room was great for a party

I have the biggest complain ever. I set an appointiment past monday to meet this guy Justin Erickson who sales on Skyline Village located on Inver Grove Heights, MN. I arrive on wednesday at 5:30 pm and there was other family who didnt have an appointment (he was telling them that) and he came to me to talk about the mobile homes, so when i told him I didnt drive (I went on a cab to that place spending almos 40 dollars) he start to being rude, he told me i should come back when i found someone to drive every place, and when I requested info he was like I dont have time now, the other family is already on the way to the houses(the family without appointment, I just have some questions about downpaymentes.... I WAS really interested on buying a house on this place, not anymore. This guys must be replace with someone else who actually know more about customer service. I have never feel so offended before.
