I was sent to Outlaw upon recommendation and had a great experience. Tony gave me an honest quote and was very clear about options and potential costs. I asked him to do a job for as cheap as he could, even if it the paint color didnt match the original perfectly and it ended up looking very very close which I was very pleased with. He even offered to drive my car to my house instead of leave it in the lot over the weekend. Good work and great service.

I just recently brought a car from this man and it was the worst mistake in my life!!! The day after (Saturday) I got the car I noticed an leak from the car. Beginning of the following week I called him about the issue. He sent me to a shop behind KFC here in Iowa City. There they told me that the car needs $400 worth of work. Right away I gave him a call because he told me the only thing the car was going to need were tires before winter! I tell him what they guys told me an I asked him to make it right because I shouldnt have to been coming out my pocket an it hasnt even been a full week of me having the car at the time. He refused!!! I wouldnt recommend buying from him if your poor and dont have a money tree. Now the Service Engine Soon light is on an I want my money back and this man still refuses to do whats right!!! Please do NOT BUY FROM HIM SAVE YOURSELF!!! He also lied the first time I went to see the car by telling me tax, title an everything was included in the price of the car. When I went to register the car, I still had to come out of pocket. I dont know about the other services he provides and may be good at but this sure isnt one of them.

My car had a damaged mirror, and was nearing lease-end. I knew the dealership would hit me pretty hard for it when I turned it in. I happened to meet Tony @ Outlaw via a salesman at a dealership, after purchasing my next car. He was professional and very helpful, and went out of his way to spend a few minutes checking out the damage and recommending a repair instead of the replacement I thought I would have to consider. I texted Tony a day later and asked him if I could schedule the repair, he asked if I could bring it in the next day. To my pleasant surprise, he repaired the mirror and got it back to me the same day. I was very happy with the professionalism, communication, quick service, and the repair.
