Disappointed too I drove 2/hours just to drink a tea and they never open.i wait till 12:30.they should be more responsible.

Best bubble tea in town

The staff is really nice and the drinks are always good. The hours of operation are hit or miss, meaning that they are sometimes closed when they are posted to be open.

Very confused at the good reviews. I got the Jasmine green milk tea and it tasted very sweet and artificial, even though the cashier assured me no extra sugar was added. Turns out the milk powder has some weird kind of sweetener in it... not an appealing taste. I have never encountered this in my worldwide bubble tea drinking. Also my friend’s boba was mushy, not a good texture. Maybe we’ll have better luck next time?

We got there at around 1:30 pm and discovered a note that said they would be back at 1pm. Idk what happened but we drove from Cedar Rapids just to try it. Feels like a waste of gas

First of all, the bubble tea here is excellent. Best in town, mainly because they use Glace brand bubble tea mix. However I have had such a hard time with this place that I rarely feel like it is worth going. Their hours are very sporadic during school season or summer, they are often closed during their posted hours. They are recently under new ownership as of summer 2016. Since learning this I visited twice and they were out of boba entirely. The second time they were out of honeydew flavor. They are also getting rid of red bean flavor which is one of my favorites. Really great tea but entirely too frustrating to deal with. Update 2017: Now whenever I go here they have a sign up that says they are closed, but the door is open and there are people behind the counter and they never open. You have to ask politely if you can come inside and order bubble tea. Sometimes they say no, sometimes they say yes.

I arrived 30 minutes to store closing time and was told they stopped making rolled ice cream. They also ran out of tapioca pearls and weren’t making any more. Who runs out of tapioca pearls when that is the main ingredient in the bubble tea??? I also got the iced coconut flavor - milk base and it was horrible. It tasted like coconut flavored milk... I think they ran out of the tea too because there definitely wasn’t any tea flavor in mine. So disappointed...

The bubble tea its self was delightful but i think they had mistaken my order because I said no sugar but it was very sweet. other wise the tea was great

The staff were very friendly and helped me out on choosing the right bubble tea for me. I will definitely come to this place again and try their lava milk foam tea! Also they are open everyday which is a plus!

Great place to drink bubble tea and has one of the best black milk tea in town. Highly recommend for any avid bubble tea fans!

Looks solid. Spoke with the cashier, who could speak both Chinese and English pretty well.Sadly they had sold out of boba by 5pm, so I wasnt able to get some myself. The staff vouched for it though, so seems legit.
