The young man working there ( I wish I would have got his name) was absolutely wonderful! He was courteous professional and very helpful to me as I fiddled with my phone to retrieve a return code. This store has always been a great experience for my wife and I. Plus they were safe during the height of COVID. Always polite during busy times as well.

These people really are the best at customer service. They went over and above to help me successfully get an overnight perishable package to Charlotte NC. It not only arrived on time but their expertise in packing the item was perfection. Thank you so much. You are my go to packaging store.

Love this place and dont know where Id be without it! I have never waited more than 2 seconds to be helped after walking in and I come here frequently. All the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They all need a raise!:)

I have used this location several times. I have never had a bad experience. They are always helpful, pleasant and fast.

Where do I start? I shuffled into the UPS store with 4 boxes of high value items and requested UPS to package and ship them. They advised the latest itll go out is Monday (this was Wednesday) and I felt hesitant however I had left thinking it was just a normal way of life. The buyer of my items quickly decided that Monday shipping was not going to work and that he will be out of town and threatened to cancel the payment. I came back to the UPS store the following day and asked if Monday was a true estimate. Ben was beyond helpful and re accomplished some measurements and said hell try and make it work as best he can and believed he could get 1 of the 2 packages out Thursday afternoon and the other Friday afternoon. To my surprise he sent an email what appeared to be after hours that him and his team had accomplished packaging both and they had been shipped! Ive since learned my lesson and will be calling the store to estimate a packaging/shipment date in the future. Ben and this UPS store made this shipment as painless as possible and I cant thank them enough! Im unsure if Ben is a manager or not, but without a doubt having a manager like Ben in your corner will only make this business more successful!

Worst customer service ever!! My mobile data was down and I had trouble while connecting to the guest wifi. I asked for help and they didnt even care. Atleast we deserve some respect as a customer.

I have been going to this spot for over 2 years whenever i need to ship something out or get any packing supplies. I love this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.They also have this shredding service that i like to use once every year. I just bring my old documents/bank statement over and they would help to take care of them.Besides there are nice restaurant around which provides good food. Once I am done with my shipping, I would explore the area and get some tasty diversified food.Too bad that i have to move away from this town. I would always miss this place.

I have been here twice and both times I feel as if they are more into selling packing supplies than to help you find the best and cheapest way to send your package. I have much better luck with the USPS staff a few miles south in Hills, Iowa.

Wonderful staff! I didnt realize that the least expensive a UPS shipment could be is about $10. But the staff here did everything they could to save me money and were very considerate of my needs and the needs of the package.I noticed that in the review before me someone. Im not sure if he got different people than I do but I know they dont charge for computer time if youre printing a UPS (United Parcel Service) label BUT they do charge you if youre printing a USPS (United States Postal Service) label or anything else. I confused the two as well the first time I went in.Every time Ive been there the space has been clean and the service has been prompt. Would recommend!

Two times now I have visited this UPS store for its unique services. The first time I needed an item notarized. The second time I needed to print a large document in both black and white. Unfriendly non-helpful staff that wanted to charge me for using their desk top and for printing a UPS lable. I feel that these things should be complimentary since Im already paying for their services. Because of the experience I had here UPS has lost a customer for good. Definitely would recommend going to a different location if possible.

I asked this store to pick up a hutch, package it, and send it 1500 miles away. The hutch was old and contained old glass. They picked it up and packaged it in a very secure way. It obviously took some time to pack it. I received it all in one piece. There was a delay in getting it shipped, but once it was, I received it quickly. Thank you Todd! I would highly recommend this store.

Unbelievable disrespect for time and customers, they closed the place for a whole Sunday (10-27-2019) just for cleaning the carpet (sign affixed at door said that). Several people (including me) left the place disappointed and didnt expect that behavior.

The two who work here are always nice and never annoyed when I just drop off a pre-paid package without buying anything.

One of the worst courrier service ever! They went to deliver my documents they didnt find the recipient so they kept it at their store and they didnt send a text message to the recipient so he can get them! This is unprofessional and I will never use their service again!!! Not recommended at all!!!!
