Inside of 5 minutes of meeting at his shop in Peabody, I knew my VW Touareg would be taken care of...He took care of my vehicle as the parts came in. When I went to pick it up, I was amazed at how perfect the color match was, the car being 13 years old. The car was cleaner than when I bought it at the dealership. The team at Boston Auto Collision Center are amazing - Very professional, very courteous, and extremely talented. They worked on my Porsche Panamera on Christmas Eve! These guys went way beyond the call of duty - staying late on Christmas Eve when they all had families, etc... But, Ray and his team would not release the car until it was perfect. The Porsche needed a re-paint on the hood due to rock chips, road rash, etc.. (not an easy job) the crew made the hood look like new again - truly amazing difference. Extremely impressed, I have already recommended BACC to all of my high-end car friends. Rare to find a place where passion for the work shines through - along with being honest and trustworthy. Highly Recommended (bringing the Porsche back - getting the brake rotors painted next! )

I brought my car into Ray after the front passenger side of my car was damaged in an accident. From the start, he was was very kind and professional and gave me a very fair quote! Ray and his team work quickly and he genuinely cares about quality and how the car is returned. He cleaned it better than I could have imagined! The body work was spectacular and looked better than when I bought it. He was kind enough to provide a loaner car as well and made the whole process very easy. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Boston Auto Collision Center. They really take care of you from start to finish. They will have a rental car for you there if you need it, they do little extras like clean out the inside of the car and shine the interior, and most importantly do great auto body work. Very helpful in dealing with insurance companies as well, and explaining the whole process.

Ray goes the extra mile to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Hope I never have another deer run into my car, but if I do, I know where to go for top notch auto body repair.

This place is amazing! Ray is courteous, knowledgable, and organized. They gave me the best quote for repairing and replacing my light and bumper after a significant fender bender (their quote was likely almost half of that of the dealership.) The work was finished quickly and perfectly. My car was detailed and came back to me literally better than new. Needing work done on your car is such a bummer, but I left Boston Collision happy to have met Ray and his crew and glad to have given them my business. How about that for a surprising ending?

I got my truck fixed here and couldn’t be happier! The owner was always keeping me updated throughout the process and was very friendly. I didn’t have rental insurance on my insurance and the owner was able to help me out with a loaner car “for free” while my truck was being fixed. If you don’t live close to Ipswich I would still recommend getting your vehicle over there to be fixed. It was well worth the time and wait to go to Boston Auto Collision.

Wed give this place 6 stars if we could! We had gone somewhere else - slow, disorganized etc - so we switched and came here. The manager Ray was super efficient and helpful, and followed up with the insurance company quickly to make sure all the work needed on our car could be covered. He kept us well informed about the process and got our car back to us as soon as possible. He runs a tight operation there and is so pleasant to deal with. Dont waste your time anyplace else.

I own a 2001 Toyota Tacoma that has served me well, but alas the body got to be decrepit and full of rust. It didnt help to be rear-ended so the bumper almost fell off. I did NOT want to buy a new truck. Luckily a happy customer told told me about Rays shop. I went there and showed him my wreck and he cheerfully took on the restoration work. Voila! I now have my truck looking better than when I bought it for half of the cost of a used version. I highly recommend you to see Ray if you need help with your vehicle of whatever vintage. It is best for me to start at the very beginning. I met Ray through the owner Michael of Auto House USA in Saugus, who highly recommended Ray to me and with good reason. I started restoring my Mini Cooper S and if i had know then about Ray I would have given him the project, that said he turned my meak chrome and i mean beat up wheels into ArtForm as you can see. He also installed not the easiest decals to apply, which i tried and failed. All of this said and finished when he said it would be done. The most important thing to me is that Ray is an honest gentleman and true to his word. I know a lot of people and on a mission to help him, If any of you dare decide to give him work, you will be whistling the same tune i am. I was involved with a hit and run at the mall. Insurance wouldn’t cover it.... Ray took good care of me... picked up my car from my house brought it to the shop and dropped it off at my house when he was done. The car looks better than when it went into the shop. My experience at Boston auto collision was nothing short of amazing! I brought Ray my 2017 Mercedes c300 that was hit and needed body work done. He was so accommodating he went out of his way to pick up and drop off my car multiple times during the process so that I wasnt Inconvienced at all, he really went out of his way for me! He put his hard work and talent into fixing my car that it looked nicer than it did when I first got it (brand new) he detailed the entire car for me, the inside looked immaculate and so shiny (nicer than any job Mercedes could’ve done) You can really tell he takes pride in his work and really took his time to make my car look perfect. Ray went above and beyond I couldnt Be happier with choosing to bring my car to him. He deserves more than a 5 star rating!
