I rated you high because usually the service is exceptional. However, on this last trip, I had a to wait quite a while for someone to finally load mulch into my car. Thankfully, this is the exception on not the rule.

Superfast service by Bob. I placed an online order while I was on parking lot and within few seconds I entered the store. To my surprise, Bob already printed out my order and started pulling my items to get it ready for me. Amazing staff and great service. Great store.

Not only do I always find what I need and everyone is very nice... the other day I was standing in line and shared I am a nurse when someone asked.. On my way out, the very nice owner followed me out and gave me a beautiful hanging pansy bush (to thank my for my work) which happens to be my favorite flower.. They already had a customer for life.. This was the cherry on the parfait.

BEWARE....We ordered something based upon website availability. Entered all our payment information and placed the order. Twenty minutes later we got a call asking if we would accept another model because we dont really have the one that was advertised. Call ahead or dont count on it. By the way...the item we ordered and is NOT available is STILL advertised as available at this particular store.

JUDD was SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I kept going back and forth looking for items in the store and he saw I needed assistance and approached. he told me exactly what I needed and explained how to do it so clearly.

The service is very helpful and friendly. Ive been a customer for over a year and will keep coming back to this store. I go there for my propane and backyard needs as well as to find hardware for indoor projects.
