I love Netsins! I always get the custard in a cone. It is creamy and delicious. Their portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed.

Our family loves walking to Netsins! They have a wide selection of ice cream, soft serve custard in a million made-to-order flavors, and my favorite part: There is always at least one dairy-free flavor. There is also always at least one sorbet offering and a frozen yogurt option. A great place to go even if not everyone in your party can eat ice cream.They have hurricanes (their version of a blizzard), thick milkshakes, and banana splits for those who want something fancy.Check out their Facebook page to preview the current ice cream flavor offerings. It is generally up to date.Long lines here are common on warm evenings, but they generally move fast.

I walk here about once a week. They have an inside and outside area to order and some picnic tables to sit at. The prices are good and they dont skimp on the portion sizes. A kiddie size cone is two giant scoops. They also rotate flavors every day and have a lot of unique options to try.

The hardiest thing is deciding want you want!! So many choices of great of great ice cream treats. Will definitely be back.

Good ice cream! I do think they need to improve their menu billboard by making the font 4x bigger and fix the fluorescent lights above it. It was very dark and difficult to read; customers wouldn’t know what to order until they’re at the cashier and still struggle with their orders.The seating area in the back is also so dark, you have to use your phone flashlight or your car’s headlights.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was handed my brownie sundae. There were multiple pieces of brownie, and more than enough chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream 🍨. Very large portion for a great price. They have ample seating and parking as well. I will definitely return. They have over 40 ice cream flavors and very friendly staff.

Always delicious ice cream. The variety of flavors and options is really awesome. It’s convenient that they take credit cards. Pro tip: you can order your ice cream inside even when the outdoor windows are available - the wait is often much shorter. When it’s nice out there’s always a line at Netsins :)

I didnt actually buy any ice cream from them, but I accidentally called them when I intended on calling a surplus supply shop. The person over the phone line was very friendly and I had a great laugh out of it.But yeah, get your ice cream here. Theyre nice people.

Enjoyed a late night treat for the first time. Arrived right at 9pm closing??? time and they were service oriented and pleasant enough to serve us and several other customers after us. We just went with the standard Perrys ice cream rather than custard or specialty stuff. Definitely 4 🌟 and potentially a 5 after we try again and test the main menu stuff.

This is kinda a secret spot that not many people know about. They have very nice and helpful workers, and they know their stuff about ice cream. So if you want to take a little time to get ice cream, you should go to Netsins. The picture that is there is a chocolate Ice cream with chunks of dark chocolate. They have very unique flavors there, one time I saw a Syracuse Ice cream, so I got it and IT WAS DELISH! It was so so so good.

My 1st visit ever, during covid. Was able to park by ice cream line, keep kids in a locked air conditioned car as I stood in one of two lines, 6 feet apart to get ice cream. Went very quick and the options were amazing! I love Perrys ice cream. And I had a light no sugar added ice cream for me :-)

Love having an ice cream place that is local, but have to say that the quality has gone down this year. Soft serve is not consistent and grainy at times, and the last time we went the ice cream was served melted.Tonight was really weird. All employees had their backs to the walk up window (while one was on her phone) so we figured the window was closed and walked around to the side entrance that had a glowing “Open” sign. When I opened the door, someone barked “you can’t come in here! Walk around to the window!” She then turned and yelled at the other co-workers “this is why we lock the door!”. I apologized for the confusion and decided it would be better to drive away, so did the other customers behind me.

My wife and I love this place.It is our favorite please for ice cream in the US. We get ice cream everywhere we go where ever we visit. We are blessed to have this place so close to us. They do it old-school. It is without a doubt that little favorite local small town stop. Service is usually very quick even though the Line is around the building because they’re so busy. That right there tells you how good they are, the line never stops, people just keep coming. Everybody loves this place. Reasonable portionsAt a reasonable price. Staff is always friendly and courteous, couldn’t ask for more. If you have not tried them I highly recommend you do, you won’t be sorry. To top it all off it is owned by a local firemen! Support those that protect you!

I use to love their ice cream here but now they force you to wear a mask OUTSIDE. Unbelievable, absolutely insane. Will be reporting a file complaint to the FTBA for unlawfully forcing face mask mandate. American citizens will not stand for this.

Pretty good ice cream and I go there almost weekly when they are open for the season. Wanted to order a pint of cookies and cream but was told there wasn’t enough for a pint assuming they ran out for the day. Weird thing was that it was still listed as a flavor for the day after updating the flavors. Why skimp out on the ice cream if I’m willing to pay for it? I only know because I follow your page on Facebook so it shows up on my newsfeed. I’m a little disappointed and planned on purchasing gift cards to give to people during this pandemic. I may drive farther and take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic selection of Perrys hard scooped ice cream. My wife and I got regular sizes (me, a waffle cone - her, a dish) which were generously portioned, for less than $8. Thats nearly what you can expect to pay for one most other places.Many of the neighbors walk to this local, Merchants area treasure!Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, only one young lady was working at 5:00 on Labor Day. There were huge lines waiting outside as well as inside. But the young lady that was working there dealt with every customer with respect and efficiency. She never seemed frustrated nor complained. She did a fantastic job! It would have been nice had management thought to put more people on. But she did a phenomenal job! 🍦😁👏

A perfect little neighborhood ice cream shop. I love that they have all of the classic Perry flavors. It was nice to see that they were trying to accommodate needs with lacotose and dairy free options.Try the custard!!! They always have vanilla, chocolate, and twist. BUT the do have more fun flavors like pistachio, and banana!Parking may be an issue, but thats what happened when a small local spot is so good!!!

They’re very generous with their servings too so a kid or a small size will probably be big enough for you. And, not to mention, the prices are also very affordable.

What a cute place! Walk up ice cream shop with indoor section as well. I believe there were six large benches outdoors for seating. Great dog and family-friendly spot. This gave me all the adorable neighborhood feels. Everything my friends and I got was delicious. They were extremely busy when we went, but the girl was still patient and gave excellent customer service! A guy sets up his hot dog cart right next to the building each day, which is just a terrific combo! Grab an Italian sausage to enjoy while you wait in line for delicious ice cream creations!

This is a great place for hard ice cream, with an incredible variety of Perrys flavors, including a rotating non-dairy option. They also offer soft-serve, but Id recommend custard fans head to Abbotts instead.

Not tasty, not natural at all, industrial ice cream... I took soft coconut and cappuccino, you cannot even make a difference by the flavor. Will not come back.

48 flavors of soft serve. That alone is probably enough said. Quick at the window and outdoor seating. Pricing is good. Get all sorts of gourmet soft serve and watch how nobody ever stops at the stop signs on the corner there.

Good ice cream shop. They have a garbage plate dish that is pretty massive. What more could you need from an ice cream shop? On a funny note, went as a group and ordered a baseball helmet bowl. The server asked which one. My friend told her Yankees, and she had no idea which one it was....we have to point it out describing it as the one with the big NY logo on it. Hilarious.
