I dropped my vehicle on Monday, it was finished on Thursday. Looks really great!! Very Sweet man. Even fixed my door and that was not even part of the plan. So grateful for that!!! Will definitely go there again!

Nice place, courteous people, quick service

I am new to this area (Ironton-Portsmouth) and have not interacted with more than a handful of people. Three of those people have been wonderful but the remaining acquaintenances have caused me to be very cautious when meeting anyone else. Today, I called Jim Howard and sons to inquire about the cost of my tow bill and was truly surprised. I broke down, in my car, Christmas night and had to leave my car in Hanging Rock. By the time I could find someone to loan me a battery long enough to get my car home, my car had been towed (it was parked on a lot for Approx 30 hours). I am a disabled nurse and my car was the only thing that was truly 100% mine so I was devastated. After finally learning which company had my car (10 days), I gathered the courage to call, knowing the tow and storage was gonna cost me more than the value of the car. The man that I spoke with was very nice but businesslike when he quoted me $75! I didn’t have to tell him a sob story or even ask him to go easy on my wallet. I told him the facts and asked the fee. He took it upon himself to waive the storage fee and in my eyes, he is one of the few good people, that I have met, in this area. That is his paycheck, how he makes a living and cares for his family so he sacrificed actual dollar bills on my behalf and done a great deed today! Thank you so much Jim Howard and sons, you are a good man and I truly appreciate this act of kindness!

I had to have some front end work done and they were fantastic. The work was done quickly and Ive had no issues with it since. Highly recommend
