Great customer service but too much wait

Manager was trying to up sell wipers to an old lady that just wanted 1 cheap blade. Kinda sad

AutoZone is a great auto parts store. Plus theyre more reasonable in pricing than a lot of places.

Price are not that bad but uou know how slow they are at the window

Great service and parts for cheap

They have everything I need for all my vehicles.

Guys working there were great! Only problem was they had to order the part and it was an A.C. DELCO part when I went to pick it up they had sent a pioneer production which was about $40 higher.. guy at the register gave me a discount and did everything he could. Not a really big deal just think when I go in expecting to pay a price I was quoted then get hit with that its kind of a let down... is what it is.. thanks Auto Zone

The people that work at AutoZone auto parts in Ironton are so helpful and they can be really busy but they always acknowledge that youre there they will walk outside and tell you what size wipers you need or anything they can do to help you they are awesome I have always been very happy with the way I got treated down there it is a good place to go get car parts in the prices are really good to sew make AutoZone your car parts store I know I did

I came here last night (28 Jan 2019) after working all day.That morning my car wouldnt start and it was related to the battery.I went to work, brought my car here because it magically started and the person working said if it looks like it will take more than 30mins we cant do it.They were so busy with one customer coming in the entire time I was there. 🙄They rejected putting my battery in after I paid $140 for it.So I woke up early today (29 Jan 2020) and took it to Walmart. They had it finished with 15 mins 🤔🤔The reason I gave 2 stars is because the service was good enough and the person that waited on me let me borrow some jumper cables for long enough that I could jump my car to bring it in.I wont be returning here for anything related to my auto care needs.Ill go to OReillys or Advance auto parts next time I need something immediately. At least theyre willing to help to the best of their ability.FYI: the reason Ive uploaded this is because this is not the first disappointing experience Ive had at this store.

People need to wear masks. Cashiers did to place masks over nose.

Never the seem to have the part that I need. If it is there and I usually have to return it. Would rather to go to Advance Auto for real car parts. For just bolt-on stuff autozone is the place
