Paula kept me informed of what was going on the entire time and they actually cared about getting my car taken care of. And on a side note, the floor show in the lobby was entertaining as three gentleman were putting up a Christmas tree and singing carols and had very good voices! Made my day!!

Paula was very nice and professional. The pricing of filters that needed to be replaced was phenomenal! ($116)Back brakes and rotors $466.17. That’s beyond inflated. No! I did not have these services done, most people couldn’t afford that. The filters that needed changed I did myself for $48 instead of $116, they’re price.Everyone was very polite and friendly.

On time per the scheduled appt and a quick in and out. Cant ask for much more to make an easy routine maintenance visit.

2021 Sierra Elevation with lifter troubles.Only 10k miles. Always had Honda with zero issues. Guess I’ll need to revert back to reliability. Don’t like the fact a new engine was already torn into.

Since Ive had my Buick Encore, I have consistently brought my car to Glockner of Ironton for service. Mostly oil change and tire rotation every 5k miles. I make an appointment, show up, check in and wait in the comfy waiting area. From the time I arrive to the time I get my keys back is usually around 30 minutes, which is awesome in my opinion. Great staff and quality service.

I’m grateful for Tina’s quick responses to my car issue. She was knowledgeable of my issue but confident in her staff to quickly locate and fix the issue.The most appreciative service was offering a driver to drop me off at my house so I didn’t have to wait for the service to be completed. Upon completion of the service Tina had my car delivered back to my house. It’s refreshing to see a business provide extra accommodations for people who need them.

I went in for my first oil change on my 2021 Buick Enclave. While they were changing my oil they found a transmission fluid leak of some sort. I returned a few days later for the transmission leak repair. Since the repair was to take several hours I was loaned a car to drive which I had requested. I was called once my vehicle was repaired and returned to pick it up.

The service was excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was confident they checked the car from front to back making for stress free driving. I wont hesitate to go back.

My service technician is Tina Wells and she is amazing. She always explains things and let’s me know what is going on. I just have to call her and she gets my parts and service schedule at a time that is convenient for me and makes sure that I’m satisfied. This service department is excellent! I have been taking my vehicles to them for years. There service representatives are always friendly and helpful. Tina, my service manager will take text messages and direct telephone calls to help expedite making appointments and getting service.Steve, an excellent mechanic and service manager is always available to discuss problems and diagnose more complex issues.

They gave me a ride home and picked me back up when my car was done. Very polite and friendly.

At the the time I scheduled the service I had them make a note that I would like a technician to talk to me about a gurgling noise under the dash at times. When I arrived I thought the service write up gal was very rude with my request, I wanted to talk to the tech, not drop my car off for them to look at. I simply stated that I just wanted to talk to a tech about the noise. Both service write up personal made it seem that the techs are high royalty and could not speak with commoners without an appointment. I know that it was more than likely just air in my cooling system and passing through my heater core but God forbid I run that thought across a techs brain

Steve worked on my 1966 Mustang and did an outstanding job. He got the dash gauges working again, reduced drive shaft vibration, changed the oil, flushed and refilled the coolant system, repaired a problem with the fuel line routing, replaced a rear brake cylinder and replaced the headlamps. He has an outstanding knowledge of older cars and performed repairs that it is doubtful most others could do. Glockners is very fortunate to have a mechanic of Steve’s caliber!

I had 21 year old car that was being used as a chicken coop for several years. GM did a recall on the ignition a couple of years ago and lately began inundating me with notice about getting the recall taken Carr of. I wrote corporate offices and they told me to go to the dealership.Dawn Rister listened to my problem and send a lot of emails out to dealers to tell the to stop. She was able to shut them down for a couple of weeks. Then I started getting emails from GM corporate offices reminding me to get the recall fixed.I emailed the last GM email to Dawn. She made calls and emails to try to help me. GM told her they couldn’t stop it because it was a federal law to keep after owners until they get it done.I off the cuff made a remark about her Service Manager lived a couple of miles past me house, just have him stop by and fix it. That evening just about dark the Service Mgr was in my yard!Both of them could have done what other dealers and the GM corporate people did, but the went the extra 100 miles to fix my problem!Hats off to Dawn and Steve Halverson for taking care of of the customer. I really appreciate it and will be back to see them again.Thanks!
