I was very disappointed by a recent experience. I had simple request to get my fathers glasses repaired. My dad recently passed away but everyone in the community always knew him with glasses. He was having trouble breaking with his disease them and hadnt worn them for a couple of years. It was important to us that he have his glasses. I spoke with one of the doctors who was very kind to take my call on day where they werent open and assured me that it wouldnt be a problem to come up with a solution. However, when I arrived I was treated very poorly by Leslie who wouldnt even entertain look beyond the front door. I begged her emphasizing that they didnt need to be perfect or even functional we just wanted him to look like himself. I was cut off my Leslie at every sentence without an ounce of sympathy or compassion. If this is an indicaction of how their practice is run I truly dont know how they have any patients or clients. My father was a beloved healthcare provider in the community and full of empathy for the people he treated. In 34 years of practice he never treated anyone like this.Fortunately found another office that graciously repaired his glasses in less than 30 minutes without any issue.

Theyre always usually pretty quick here which is nice. Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The office is so nice that waiting 5-10 minutes really isnt a big deal. I also really love the staff here. Everyone is extremely friendly and outgoing. I feel very comfortable coming here.

This is by far the best place I have ever been to have my eyes checked! The staff and doctor are so friendly and genuinely care about their patients! I would recommend Advanced Vision of Ironton to anyone!!!!

The staff here is just wonderful! Theyll go out of their way to make sure that your entire visit is a pleasant one, from check in to check out. Ive always felt really comfortable here, and know that I can trust them to do an excellent job every time.

They have a great selection here, and Im always able to find a pair of frames that suits me. Ive been coming here for a long time now and have yet to find anything that I could suggest that they could improve on. Theyre doing a fabulous job. Keep up the good work!

The staff and Doctor really enjoy what they do and it shows, thats why I love coming here. Its a small practice and everyone treats me like family. They have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. I am and always have been a very happy customer.

Ive gotten multiple pairs of glasses here over the years, and have no complaints about the service that Ive received. They usually dont have what I want right in the store, but one of the employees there will go about and beyond to get it for me. Its nice to see a business that still puts customers needs first.

What I really like about Ironton Vision Center Inc. is that they are a small practice. So I feel very close to the doctors and staff their. They are all very friendly and that makes me so comfortable.

I give Dr. Milleson a 5 out of 5 on everything. He really does try to make every appointment a great one. Hes very personable which is really comforting. I wont go to anyone else for my eye care.

I would not even give these people one star, if it were not required to post a review. I have been there 2 times over the past months. They treated me with such disrespect and rudeness, that I cannot believe they have any kind of business, except that it is a small town. The doctor was well informed and I did appreciate that, however. His staff was horrendous. And they want to hold onto the prescription, rather than turning it over, which is against FTC regulation.

Comfort is key, and Ironton Vision Center has mastered it. I am always relaxed and trusting of them. There has been no issue since Ive been there and Ive been going to them for years.

Dr. Milleson is great. Hell even show you the pictures they take of the insides of your eyes, explain whats going on currently, and whats in your future. Hell make sure you understand everything before moving on.

Every single time I have to go here I hate it. I have kids so maybe the staff do not like working with children. The staff seem so grumpy and rude. The only one that is nice is the doctor. I am considering changing doctors because of this.

Great Dr.s but very stingy about you using their prescription elsewhere. This is a problem for me, its not all about YOUR MONEY, its about patient CARE!!! If youre not in it because you want to help people, you are in the wrong profession!

They never charge me when i go in to have my glasses tightened or adjusted. They do a great job of taking care of you even after you make a purchase

I went to Dr. Patrick Milleson to have my contact Rx. refilled, due to some changes I saw in my vision. I was immediately impressed with his assistant, who seemed very thorough, and, really knew her job well. Dr. Milleson finished his assessment, and asked a few health questions. He mentioned he was concerned with the pictures that he took of my eyes, and wanted me to contact my family physician, immediately. I did the next day, and my family doctor noted the same issues. A CT scan and lumbar puncture later I was diagnosed with IIH. A disease that can cause blindness if not identified early. Thanks to Dr. Milleson, I was able to be started on lifelong medications that will keep my eyesight. I have given my opinion of Ironton Vision Center to many friends, and am happy to recommend them to anyone! Thank you!
