As a church, we have been renting from M&M for well over 10 years. We have had mostly good experiences... but not this time! In August we ordered 4 inflatables and we were quoted a price of $600. When they arrived, one inflatable would not stay inflated and another was not what we had ordered. Also, the inflatables were completely filthy. When I called Ruth to discuss a partial refund, she was extremely rude and stated that Mick had given us a discount, out the goodness of his heart since we were a church, and that we already got a good deal so there would be no refund. I then asked for an invoice, since one was never provided. She said she was extremely busy and didnt know if she could get to it until the next week. When I told her that we were never told that we received a discount (nor did I have paperwork to support that) and that I expected some type of refund she ended up telling me she was amazed that I could call myself a Christian and that Christian people should never act the way I was. She explained that she should know because her dad was a preacher and no one in her family had ever acted like I did. I told her I was sorry if she felt I was out of line as she then continued to insult my Christianity (and also my math skills) multiple times. The bottom line is, Ruth was so unprofessional and rude that it has forced us to look elsewhere for inflatables for our church functions. What a shame...

Terrible service from the old woman there. An absolute b*#%!. Went to my nephews birthday, there was absolutely no supervision from any staff, and this older lady started yelling at all the kids for guess what?…Jumping in a bounce house…imagine that…The older woman (who I’m assuming was the owner) was taking up the only handicapped parking spot in the parking lot. Then got mad at my Dad for dropping off my grand ma by the front door. But that’s just a few of the b*tchy things that she done. Wouldn’t have been that bad if she wasn’t there…I’ll let you decide for yourself if you want to have a party there. But I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone after the party there tonight. Unbelievably bad service. 2 stars from me.

Ive had nearly all of my kids birthday parties here and have never regretted it. You dont have to do much decorating and theres plenty of room for everyone! Staff is very friendly and always willing to help too.

You want a great deal on all kinds of fun attractions, call or go to Party Central! The name says it all! They have such fun for young and old! Great prices, clean attractive attractions and prices you can afford!

They were super rude on the phone. I asked if they had availability for my day they simply said no and hung up. Inflatables Unlimited were much nicer and more accommodating. Will just be going there from now on.

It was absolutely horrible. I was there for a friends birthday party on sunday Nov. 1st and the lady working the desk was absolutely rude to the kids and the adults. I won the 1000 tickets on one game and I figured the things they have hanging on the wall were probably for a higher amount of tickets. So I take the tickets up there and the woman rudely says um you have to count those and then proceeds to tell me that he can only pick from the junkie little .5-$1 toys. So what cost me almost $15 to win my child got to pick out a $1.50 bubble blowing gun. If I would have known that everything on the wall was cash instead of spending that all in change for the games I would have let my son pick out what he wanted and then bought it. I was going to have my sons party there in February but Ill go to the one in south point. I wouldnt recommend the one in ironton to anyone!!

Make sure that if up decided to rent something you have enough man power to be able to put it up on your own. The company does not install any of their products..

We rented our inflatable for my sons birthday party. The staff was super nice & helpful. We wanted option 1, but unfortunately it was already booked so we went with option 2. They had a cancellation or something, so they remembered we really had our hearts set on option 1 and called to ask us if we still wanted it. We booked it for sure and the set up was easy and it all went very smooth. Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

What a great place for a party. The facility is clean, and well maintained. There were 3 inflatables plus a small arcade. Definitely a great place for a kids birthday party.

I absolutely love this place and so does my kid and everyone of his friends and our family. We have been coming here since the year it opened and my son is soon to be 9yrs old. Very clean and mopped after each party and I feel that is very important since we all care for children. I have never had a bad experience and I will continue to bring my child here as long as he doesnt get to old for these kind of things.

My daughter Rhianna has had her birthday party here for the past 4 yrs! The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always improving their inflatables and party room! We love this place!! And if you book 3 parties you get the 4th free!

Clean and well laid out. Only real concern is the tile floor. Be careful. Wish it was foam or linoleum or something other than tile. Why do these places need Tile!! Ok.

A great place to book a party. We booked an overnight for my daughters 16th, really great value. My only complaint is to keep the music going you have to feed the online jukebox so bring a jam box.

Early I went to post and messed up on M&M party central the owner Mick is the best when scheduling parties for you and your families. Plus having an all night party in mind for kids he is the go to they keep at least three people there to help. I would more than recommend this place. Mick I apologize for earlier that was a mistake I would never ever rate you or your company that low if there were 10 stars you would have gotten an 11

Very upset with office manager Ruth. Called to rent out the center for my daughter team. I called asked to spoke with the owner Mick. He wasn’t there. I said ok I’ll just text his cell. 15 mins later she calls me back. Saying this is Ruth, Mick girlfriend I am the office manager. I told her I wanted to speak with Mick she kept hanging up phone on me being very rude and disrespectful that I got to point that I called her nasty name she wouldn’t stop. First and foremost I don’t care who you’re. There was no need for you to call me back when I wanted to speak with him directly. If I wanted to talk to you I would asked for you personally. For her hanging up the phone that is unprofessional and very disrespectful.

I took my daughter there for her friends birthday party and ended up renting an inflatable for her for her birthday. They were extremely helpful and nice and I would recommend only this M&M bc theres one down the road from this one ran by a different owner and he is awful.

Very helpful and set up, after getting a vehicle to haul it, was very simple and timely.

M&M Party Central LLC was voted #1 for best party center in the Tri-State and out door rental company and has been serving the Tri-State for over 17 YEARS.

Best kids birthday party venue in the area, IMO. Its private, only one party at a time. Proximity of inflatables to ample tables lets adults chat knowing kids are ok. The place is great fun without them, but video games and juke box cost extra. Convenient ATM and change machine. Good setup for food service. Staff is friendly, completely non-intrusive, but available if you need them. Best of all - unlimited do-it-yourself cotton candy! Have 3 parties and the 4th ones free! The Kazees will l be back! I just got off the phone with the lady at the desk and was inquiring about renting a jump house and a slide for my sons birthday party. And because I would be renting 2 items I asked if there would be a discount (as anyone would) I was put on hold while the lady talked to Mick. I heard their entire conversation while the lady insisted that they could rent the slide to a church or something and make more money. I didnt receive much of a discount if any at all at 330$. I am very upset because they claim (on their website) to be able to fit your every need. When they would much rather rent to big events! I wasnt upset as much about not getting the discount but rather the fact that I could reserve the inflatables for my sons birthday party and they could cancel on me last minute if a bigger event came along. I am sorely dissapointed.

Exspensive games when winning tickets, all the prizes are so Exspensive u have to play 20 dollars or more plus the inflatables were boring. No racing ones just a jump house a slide an games

I rated a 2 because every childs party and the one time I rented it for my daughters party when you first opened..the employees were super rude and acted like they had zero desire to be there. The air hockey table was unplugged in the middle of a game with no warning 20 minutes before the party was supposed to end after our children had just put money in it.. I can go on.
