Seller beware!!! I recently sold a 2021 Porsche 911 to bidlane on Oct 1, 2021. Today is Oct 20, 2021, it had been almost 3 weeks since and bidlane still hasnt payoff my vehicle to the bank yet. I called bidlane 10 times and left 10 voicemails, so far still no responses.

Super easy to sell here and feel like I was given a fair price without having to deal with the hassle of selling it privately. The guy I dealt with was friendly and easy to talk to. No complaints at all really would recommend.

Bidlane is awesome! Since Covid we have not driven our second car very much and we wanted to sell it since we were finding that in general, even prior to all social changes, I mostly just used it as a commuting car. Now that Im able to work from home I wanted to sell it but didnt want to expose myself or my family to risk of getting sick or such. Fortunately, Bidlane made it simple for these times. I sent them my specs, pics and necessary information, they quickly responded and came out to pick up the car. I worked with Jose on the phone and a different guy picked up the car. Both were friendly and helpful. Bidlane to selling cars is what Amazon is to e-commerce. Seriously, it was so easy and straight forward it felt too good to be true. But isnt that the way all businesses should be? Honest and straight forward and important to me, fast. I dreaded selling the car prior because I didnt want to deal with the hassle like I have in the past but not with Bidlane. No haggling. I was straight up honest about what needs work on my car(very minor stuff) and they were honest about price offer, it was same as KBB value. I called their bank to confirm account number to make sure check was good before handing over the Title and signing everything. Check has cleared and we no longer have an extra car we have to upkeep. They trying to trick you to sell your car below low fair value. When you show appraisal from somewhere else with higher estimate they bring their offer up. Why you didn’t offer same price at first if the car worth more. The difference was more than double of initial offer from Bidlane.

I came here a year or so ago and was not treated with respect. Was treated as if the car I brought them was a joke. 2017 Silverado with 61,000 miles.The offer I received was 9,560, i asked why so low. I was told that’s just how much the truck is worth. So I asked, if it’s only worth 10k why are they selling them across the street for 32,000? He said the 20k difference was the sales reps commission..The company states that they “Care about their clients, they Care about being fair,” that should be changed to we care about our income and don’t care about our clients”.

Went there with my 2003 Infiniti FX35 with 130k miles. Its in good condition and drives well with no problems. They offered $800. I bought this for 6k two years ago expecting to get at least 2k for it. When I tried to leave they asked the lowest Id let it go for.
