People without masks shopping in the store and no social distancing. this is against the irvine spectrums policy so its surprising if they haven’t been fined yet. employees did not tell the customers to wear a mask or offer them a mask. unprofessional

He is so amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and bubbly! He made sure that I got exactly what I needed and more! This is a fantastic establishment! I totally recommend it! He made my day!

Best customer service by Heather. She offered options and was super helpful. She was super busy and still made quality time to help us. We ended up leaving with a nice purchase of lipsticks.

Love this location!! On more than one occasion I’ve been pleasantly greeted by Ana and her positive energy is contagious! I had so many questions and thought i was a bit overwhelming but she answered every single one! The products she recommended were great! Will definitely be back!

READ THIS REVIEW!! I NEED to share about the best experience I have EVER had at a make up place. I know ZIP, NADA, ZERO about make up but the women at Planet Beauty helped me so much. Ive been to Sephora, Mac, Ulta and people are always so rude, unhelpful and I leave with my pockets still full, my face is still ugly and my tears are streamin. Not only did I receive a free facial but Jessica, i believe the manager, helped me apply makeup. They never pressured me to buy and threw in a bunch of free goodies. They boosted my confidence like no other. These women were Amazing, kind, compassionate and genuinely wanted to help me. I will 100% keep coming back and giving my business because they genuinely care. Anybody who says otherwise is just a prude because I was a lost little puppy and now I have a place to call my make-up home. They hooked it up and I will continue raving about this place forever.

It wasnt what I expected

I went in on 1/8 around 7PM. There were about 2 hours left until the store closed yet the two women did not look happy to see me. I did not feel welcome. I asked questions about lashes and they pointed and gave brief answers. Overall, snobby attitude and looked as if they had something else to do other then help me (the consumer). I did buy two lashes after she told me the 2nd one would be 50% off but only did so because I was on a time crunch and didnt have the time to walk over to Nordstrom.

I went in to buy something for my wife and I was told I could get a refund if she doesnt like it. that was a lie. this company only exchanges or gives you credit. Im stuck now with 150 dollar credit gift card. its ridiculous. Ill never shop here again, and I tell every female friend to not shop here.
