I highly recommend this GameStop location. The employees and customer service are great.

The employees are SOOO nice and the store has a wide selection of games and consoles. Also, the staff there is super honest. I was about to pay money for a free game and they told me it was free! Overall, i love to shop their and i am very satisfied.

The excitement of getting a game or a console overpowers the feeling of bad customer service lol, it’s like McDonald’s but for video games exciting to get, but a disappointment from the service.

Omi is awesome and she always has the greatest advice and answers for my questions. This is my sons favorite store to come too. We always find great deals here.

Employees are extremely rude. They also tried to scam me by selling a used game for way more, but even better didn’t even have the disk inside after I purchased it. Good thing I checked before I left. Horrible experience and place.

Absolutely disgusted with how this business is run. I picked up a new limited edition nintendo switch today and traded in my other one for the credit. I had the employee transfer my data over to the new swtich and when he was handling my switch I saw him drop my older one while I was 5 feet away from him, then precedes to say he is going to dock me $50 because the controller he dropped it on is now defective! I walked away feeling extremely cheated, this is no way to treat your customers!

My first and last time going to this place. The two guys behind the counter are a couple of rude anus holes. They have a bunch of t-shirts mounted way up high. The lady in front of me asked to see one up close and the guy said, well its right there you can see it. She just wanted to make sure it would fit her son and guy was bent because he had to use a stick to bring it down. THIS IS YOU JOB. QUIT IF YOU DONT LIKE IT.I asked the second guy to verify the price of a used game for $49.99. He said that was the price. I said Amazon sells new copies for that price. He said, there you go, buy from Amazon and wait for it. Amazon is a fact of life. Most places try to match prices to keep customers, but not these myopic jerks. No wonder all these stores are going out of business. Good riddance.

Ive used this GameStop for the past 2 years and it is sad to see the state of it now. They keep trying to rip me off by selling me the same copy of a disk but for different prices, and every time I ask a question from the manager, the miserable looking guy with long hair, he always gives me a an attitude. I dont why your life is so miserable my long-haired friend, but you dont have to make your customers lives miserable. A smile wouldnt kill you once in a while.

Its a hoy or miss sometimes but overall a great place to go for pre-orders.

Great service and prices!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that was odd is I had to get fingerprinted when I traded a game in. This is the first time I had ever had to do that. The staff explained why and put me at ease.

Bought psn money and spent 20 bucks with man name Ross and now the cards are saying they password is invalid when I typed it correctAnd on Xmas I order a ps4 controller and came 2 weeks late after Xmas GameStop has gone down the drain atleast this store has

This is the best Gamestop ever !!! The people there are really nice. Some time ago there was a jerk but I think he was fired . They always help and there are many events there too. It is the best place to have a mini tournament. If you need to go to get games go to the one!

Great location

Bad experience with this store. Assured me that a game wasnt defective after my 2nd trip down there... sure enough, it was defective. Asked them to test the game to save me third trip down there, the store was not busy, they were probably just standing around, but wouldnt take the time to test the game before making me come down a 3rd time. Ugh, and we wonder why retail stores are going out of business? Youd assume they would want to keep customers happy to compete with Amazon? Guess not in this case.

Best gamestop you can find! The workers there are really nice and they are really good at explaining things. They usually have a lot of good games and a lot of pre owned ones. Plus after you go here you can get ice cream next door! 😂

The store has a great selection. Staff, from the few interactions I had, seem nice enough. Unfortunately, I tried purchasing a ps4 copy of nba 2k14. I remember the assistant store leader open the game box with the game in it and see if the game was in there AND i also gave a look after purchasing in the box to see if everything was fine with the disk in terms of scratches. I had work shortly after my visit so my mind was racing a little too fast to realize the error because, now after work and at home, my copy of nba 2k14 is a ps3 copy! There must have been a mix up in arranging the merchandise or something else. Will be returning to the store tomorrow to get issue resolved. But still came home super tired and super disappointed that I cant play the game i thought i bought.

Staff was nice and helpful. Went out of their way to see there was any coupons or deal to make one of the Items I was looking at cheaper.

Very helpful in replacing my older kids 360 unit for all the old games we have for our 3rd kid to play.
