Im very disappointed. I loved this store so much and would go out of my way to shop here. After I ordered online and didnt receive one of my packages, I expected compensation or refund of the product that I never received. I received one out of three items. The products I didnt receive were valued at 63 dollars. This is a massive deal for me. Im a college student and a single parent, and when I buy something for myself, it is such a rare treat. This company stole some of what little I have to spare, and I will never shop here again.

Awful Company to work for! When I worked there they did not wear face masks as they were supposed to, practiced no social distancing, and fellow employees were often sick and would show up to work to get others sick. Also, HR does not care about employees safety and well being. Think twice before working for this company.

I usually just go direct to Amazon, now I know why. I placed two orders. I live on the East side of Phoenix, AZ. For the non-Geography majors, its the next state over from where Tillys is in Irvine ... about a 7 hr drive. I paid for next day and got it in two days. Not the end of the world but for $20+, Id like it when I should have had it, or been refunded. I was. One of the things I ordered was not in stock when it showed in stock, so it was removed and I got a coupon. Cool, I guess.The second order again was next day, hoping the first time was a goof. Then I get an email from Heather saying It looks as though FedEx is responsible for changing the shipping method to 2-day shipping. It could be because FedEx considers your area to be rural. Regardless, we are only able of offer a refund of $6. So why do you offer next day, take my money for next day, but not refund it when I didnt get it next day?What the hell kinda place you running over there anyways? Never shopping at Tillys again, online or otherwise. Not me, not my nephew or niece who are in high school, not my other family members who normally like Tillys gear. Its not the only place to shop. ACTIVE is just as good and now BETTER because of this issue Ive run into.Thanks for one less place I need to check at birthdays, holidays, and other occasions where gifts, or just clothing for me, may be required. Ill spend my cash elsewhere. Good luck with your little attitude.

I have shopped at tillys for years i placed an order and paid 20 $ for shipping for 2 day delivery i called today and the customer service lady i talked to said it would arrive on Monday even though I was told this morning it would be today so stayed home all day for no reason her name was lily she was completely rude told me if you pay the extra money its normal to wait 1 week when I said that was unexpectable she hung up on me i spent 300.00 and it will all be returned i dont understand why people work at jobs that they obviously hate i will never spend a dime here again all because Lily this miserable human being cant do her job if i could give 0 stars i would and will post this on all social media oh and by the way because they are working at home you cNt even speak to a supervisor do not order online because obviously Tillys does not have their stuff together if something goes wrong you are screwed

I started and finished the same day I got hired. Its such a hostile environment. The treat their workers so horribly. Its disgusting how this place is ran. The leads on every aisle are so Rude and disgusting towards the employees. The Manager Mayra from the bottom floor tried getting in my face in such an unprofessional place told me Get the box pick it up and go back to the assembly line where I belong and started to laugh at me her and the other leads kept laughing at me and the other 2 new girls then strated grabbing our tubs and throwing them on other shelves and said to get out of their way. The Manager Mayra came up to and she was smirking and was like What seems to be the problem (literally got in my face) with her arms crossed and was rolling her eyes at me and I politely said I dont like the way. Being treated or talked to she laughed and said do you not know what to do? Ahahaha you grab a tub do it then go back to the assembly line. Without this you dont have a job so thats when I couldnt take it anymore and excused myself clocked out and walked out. I would go more into detail but making a video would be better. The lead/manager Mayra needs to be removed from that position for treating everyone so poorly and acting like shes going to fight you. I feel like I should take this to court because of how bad it really was. I just walked out today. I started at five and left a little past 10pm. I am so sorry for the people that have to endure this place simply because they cant get a job somewhere else. I would leave 0 stars or negative stars if I could. This place needs to be recorded secretly so you can understand what I just went through. Im emotionally distraught right now.

The absolute worst experience, please never order anything online from this website. I placed a $140 order on 12/1/19. Tuesday, 12/3/19 I received an email letting me know that my order shipped. Tillys provided me with a tracking number for FedEx. on Tillys website under my order status, it claimed that my order was shipped and received by the carrier (FedEx). however, when I tracked the status on FedExs site, there was no movement on my package and FedEx claimed that they have not received the package from Tillys. after 6 days of nothing being updated I became concerned and contacted Tillys customer service about the issue. they explained how there is nothing they can do until the 8th business day (12/12/19) and if I havent received my package by then, to call back and file a missing package claim. it is now the 8th business day, I called back and had to file the package as missing. the customer service rep asked if I would rather have a refund put back into my account, or a reshipment of the items. I requested a refund considering the fact that every single item I ordered was a Christmas gift and half of the items are now out of stock. she also advised me that the investigation of what happened to my package will take up to 10 business days after I file my claim which would be 12/22/19. there is obviously no guarantee that my items will be delivered in time for Christmas or let alone delivered at all. if I have no update on my package or my refund by the 22nd, I will be calling again and DEMANDING it. if they try and play a waiting game with me for reissuing my $140 back to me, I will not be happy. it also seems that they enjoy not giving back refunds either so I cant wait to see how this eventually turns out. fortunately, customer service was kind and helpful and overall didnt give me a hard time. after this incident, I did some research and found out that this happens to be a common occurrence to many customers who place orders on Tillys. this is an extremely frustrating situation considering the timing right around the holidays. after years of being a loyal customer to Tillys, I can promise you I wont be shopping here anymore. absolutely ridiculous that this is such a common occurrence with the same company. obviously, a change needs to desperately be made. too sketchy for it to happen this often... so PLEASE take your time to read this review and dont waste your time, money, or frustration trying to purchase items online from this company. chances are, they will not be delivered.

Tillys selection of clothes is great! However, their customer service in Walnut Creek store is the worst Ive ever experienced! I wonder how the selection process of employees at this location happens? What criterion is it based on? If its based on hiring the rudest and the most obnoxious local young adults, theyve certainly succeeded in Walnut Creek store!

If I could do less stars I would. Bought a shirt from the gurnee mills Illinois store. The shirt had a hole. Called before hand to see if we could exchange, they said no problem bring it in. Went to store and manager was beyond unhelpful. Erin (the manager) solution =none. After arguing with her for a good 10 minutes her solution was call security who asked ME if I wanted to file a complaint. We had all necessary items for the return -(tags, receipt and NEW unworn shirt with a hole). She stated nothing she says is right and she has given me all the options to the security guard. The security guard then asked why she cannot return the item. She said I just cant it is against store policy.She stated we could not exchange it, because they no longer had the shirt the shirt. My daughter said that is not true, I asked her to go get the shirt. She did same size everything. Erin then took the shirt and said I cannot sell this one I have to damage it out and pulled the shirt from my hands. I have spend easily $1000. in the last month.... We liked to support a local company as we are from so cal, but when you management and employees treat customers like yours does and flat out steal from them, t why should we? Called customer service number for corporate given to me by Erin and it was a dead end number and let the phone ring forever no answer. Tried several times throughout day to no avail. I called the store this morning and had the manage on duty today Brittany (who was VERY apologetic and helpful!) give me the correct number .... awaiting a resolution from customer service. Seriously, why waste peoples time. What an awful job you are doing Erin. You not only represent Tillys, but you would not have a job without customers. I am not saying the customer is always right, but this was a crazy womans power trip to treat others poorly in order for what? Hoping you learn to properly manage as if you work in our office, you would have been fired on the spot!

This place has a good selection but be careful ordering online.. Had a return 2 items one was damaged when I received it, the other one was to small .I packaged them in the same box and shipped they claimed they only received one which was bs.. They then claimed the would resend the one they never received complimentary of tillys which I never got or tracking number of the package .. This place will take your money and you will not get anything in return.. Dont waste your time or money!!

Tillys in the Sanford mall has the worst manager ever. Do Not waste your time or money there. The manager talks about her costumers very disrespectfully. My first experience with Tillys was today and I was treated terribly, I will not go back ever again because of this. There products are amazing that they hold but there managers mouth should stay sealed. Tillys needs to do a better job on the people they higher, then they possibly wouldve gotten my money. For anyone who wants to shop at Tillys do not waste your time on going to the one in the Sanford mall, you will be treated with no respect.

Extremely POOR customer service!!! I purchased two jackets, one from Tillys and one from Volcom, neither fit and returned both but accidently sent each store the wrong jacket. Volcom returned the Tillys jacket but Tillys NEVER returned the Volcom jacket. Although I have proof of delivery via tracking # and verification from USPS, Tillys claims my package was never received. The Tillys Supervisor I spoke to was not only unhelpful buy kept insisting I file a claim with USPS. Wheres the accountability?? Better yet, wheres the Volcom jacket that shouldve been returned to me, once employees realized it wasnt their merchandise?? Taking this to small claims.. SHAME ON YOU, Tillys!!!

Ordering from tillys has been by far the worst experience than any other store. I havent gotten my money back for over 3 weeks from an order that got cancelled due to low stock. I have called and emailed costumer service multiple times and still NOTHING! It is so frustrating, never ordering from tillys again.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE CALLED THEM 4 TIMES ABOUT A REFUND ON AN ORDER THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. THEY PUSHED BACK TO A UNIMAGINABLE DEGREE THEY RESHIPPED MERCHANDISE AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT WANT THE ORDER SEASON HAS CHANGED, THEN THEY ISSUED A STORE CREDIT..... NOW BATTLING WITH THEM TO ISSUE REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. SMH HOW SAD THAT YOU HAVE TO DO BUSINESS THIS WAY. NEVER AGAIN.
