This service was extremely thorough! I had a failing mini dell computer and faulty MicroSD card that needed data pulled off of it. Wayne was able to help with both of my requests. MicroSD data recoveries are hard to find in the area and he was able to do it. Of course since the small MicroSD was complex it needed more time and was more expensive than a regular hard drive transfer, but I am sure they would be able to help if you had a specific budget. I would recommend you come to them for your needs in OC. I also called around in OC/LA and he was the most upfront and honest person. The place is a little hard to find with COVID going on, but Wayne has good directions to find the shared office.

Wayne and the AlanData Recovery team blows me away. -- I came to them with a 24TB 8x bay drive enclosed that was raid 50... which is gets kinda confusing how the data is distributed across the drives.Anyways, all that to say Alan and the team figured it out, and manage to recover all the data! 100% Recovery! Even despite the raid having 2x drive failures. Crazy! I definitely recommend them!

I am so happy Alandata Data Recovery was able to help me! I was very discouraged when I contacted them explaining that back in 2015/2016 my mac disc was deleted and possibly re-written during a software update. When this occurred I took my laptop to Apples Genius bar and they had determined the disk was blank, i.e everything deleted. My Western Digital external hard drive (My Book Essential Edition) crashed and died and was not being recognized by my laptop. It is a horrible feeling when 8 years of data is lost and your backup files are corrupt. These guys are great! I brought the drive to them just before noon and they had my data recovered to a new drive by 7:00 the same night. The price was extremely fair compared to other quotes I got.

To preface this, I am an IT professional.I brought a client hard drive in to Alandata that had failed and could not be recovered through the tools and techniques I have. They had my data recovered onto an external USB hard drive and back to me in two days, good as new. They also showed me around their shop a bit and it was very impressive.If you need your data recovered remember, you only get one shot to get it back. I cant say enough good things about Alandata. I had a server RAID fail, and my backups were corrupted. Wayne spent the better part of a weekend coaxing my RAID back to life enough to clone it, we then built a new RAID in my server & cloned it back in. Saved my bacon! Thank you Wayne!

We had a Dell server and with a RAID 5 and 2 drives failed. We sent it to Alandata and they were able to rebuild the failed drives and recover all of our data.They let us know what was going on at every step of the way. We were really in a panic because our backup job wasnt running and our corporate data was unprotected.Alandata saved us. They took great care of us and they really know what they are doing. Also, they were communicating with us while Dell was looking at the server and prevented Dell from reinitializing the RAID.
